I would like to take this opportunity to brag on some of your exemplary employees. My husband and I purchased a new Chevy truck, and have nothing but great things to say about Vern, David, and Mark. Each of these men represented your business in a very professional, non-pressuring way. Vern was an absolute delight in that he didn't have that ""stuffed shirt, buy this now"" attitude. I would definitely return to him with future business. Dave and I took a little bit of time, going back and forth, just making sure we were on the same page...but I think if I have done my homework prior to masking a purchase, that is to be expected. He was very patient and did not make me feel rushed. Mark was great at his job, also. He was calm, factual, and not in a hurry...taking his time to answer all of our questions. We felt as though your company has put together a great team in these three men, all of whom were delightful to do business with. Reliable has extensive inventory, I purchased the exact vehicle I desired. All of my questions were completely addressed. I cannot say enough about Wes Milby and his team at Reliable Chevrolet. Not only did they absolutely crush the competition on price but I can honestly say I have never been better treated by a dealership in a new car purchase. And I should know as I have bought quite a few cars of which this is my third new Corvette. The delivery process was similarly excellent. The vehicle showed up on time as promised and the delivery crew was very professional. Throughout the entire process the team made you feel as if you were their only customer. Honestly, GM should assign people to Reliable and Wes Milby in particular so they can see how it's done. Their honesty and transparency throughout the whole process was at times astonishing. One small example, they told me they were going to deliver the car in an enclosed trailer. But the vehicle arrived on a single car open trailer. I was so happy to see the car that I couldn't have cared less. Don't you know that a few days later I got a check for $300 from Reliable with an apology for shipping the car in an open trailer. They said that I had been promised an enclosed trailer and that's what they should have done but that trailer was out. And they insisted that I get the car detailed locally and that they would pay for it! I am speechless. The largest Corvette dealer in the country is right next door to me in NJ. Despite this, Wes Milby 1,000 miles away got my business. Again, not only did his advertised price for the same car blow away the competing dealer but the difference in speaking to him and them was night and day in terms of everything a new car buyer wants to hear. I will only buy Corvettes from Reliable/Wes Milby now and I will refer anyone thinking of a Corvette to him without reservation. On Corvetteforum, the largest online Corvette forum in the world, he is regarded as the best dealer in the country. Now I see why. more

Trent Jones is an excellent and knowledgable sales representative, who listened to what WE wanted and found the perfect car for us. Lisa Camarillo as the finance representative went above and beyond to find us a financing plan that met our needs. She also listenend to what we had to say and found us a great plan and worked some flexibility issues that we were working around at the time. I took my car into the Infiniti of Springfield store so someone could help me figure out how to change the region on the navigation andhow to reset for the oil change I had while moving from Seattle, WA to Springfield, MO. Kevin Luttrell met with me, and walked me through the processes I requested. I was very impressed with Kevin. He was very pleasant, professional, and he provided the best possible service. I asked him if the car sounded rough, or if I would need snow tires for the winter. He *could* have told me I needed all sorts of stuff, but instead he was very honest. I was looking for something new, but Kris found me a beautiful 08' truck that was traded in less than a week before. Kris is a real good guy, and is easy to talk to. As a single female, buying a new vehicle is on the TOP TEN things I hate the most,,,, I was so impressed with the low key, no pressure sales approach of Paul that although I had intended to just LOOK at cars that day, I ended up buying!!!
