Our 55-year old sewer line was clogged with roots. Giovanni and his crew did an excellent job replacing the clay pipe with modern seamless plastic pipe including a fiberglass liner in the 6"" line under the street out to the city main. \r \r The work was done in a timely manner with modern equipment which minimized trenching. When the sewer was completed they did an outstanding job replacing my flagstone walkway and patching the concrete driveway where the holes were dug. Their price seemed fair. The crew was professional and friendly. \r \r I would recommend Red Lilly to my friends and neighbors. more

I have used Red Lilly Plumbing in the past. This most recent time, they replaced a kitchen faucet hose and a float valve for a toilet. They were above average. more

They show up when they are supposed to, the plumbers are knowledgeable, hard-working and efficient, and the work is great.Prices are fair.Try them. more

Red Lilly Plumbing does great work 3/20/2012

I have used this company several times. From Jen who answers the phone to the guys who do the work, everyone is very friendly and very professional. Furthermore, their prices are very reasonable and their work top notch. I recently used them for a big sewer job that involved cutting into the street in front of my house. The LA inspectors not only knew these guys but privately told me how much they trust their work. That was also clear by how relaxed the inspectors were on site. They knew Red Lilly would do everything right and to code the first time. Plus, every time I've used them, one of the partners in the company is there either doing or checking up on the work to make sure it is done right. I strongly recommend Red Lilly, no matter how small or big the job. more

Water Heater Replacement Success 2/21/2012

best plumbing experience in los angeles 2/1/2012

I am pleased to share my experience: we live in a condo in west los angeles and our water heater suddenly broke down a couple of days ago. Not knowing any reliable service providers in the area and needing emergency attention was a daunting set back--since my husband is completely disabled and unable to withstand freezing cold water. So I searched the web and called a few plumbing companies with really no hope of receiving emergency service. 3 out of 4 companies offered to schedule an inspection visit and a quote for a "fee" and would not even specify a time range for this. Red Lilly, however, was the exception. Not only did they provide me with a quote, they actually guaranteed same day service! Within approximately an hour their wonderful tech, Jose, arrived with a big smile on his face and a "can do" attitude which filled me with confidence. He replaced my old unit without creating a mess and efficiently installed our new water heater in no time at all--at the most competitive price! Jose came on time and ready to fix my drain. He was courteous and friendly and gave me tips and things to watch out for in my drain. He also told me exactly what was wrong on my drain and his price did not change the original quote. Highly recommended. more

Leak in ceiling 12/7/2011

I had called a couple of plumbing company's and they all wanted to sell me a re-pipe for a leak in my ceiling. Red Lilly Plbg came out and diagnose my problem that had nothing to do with a re-pipe and saved me money. Thanks Red Lilly, forever a loyal customer. more

Sewer Saviors!! 11/30/2011

Red Lilly came out on an emergency call and was able to take control of the situation, They came in and was able to fully diagnois the problem and gave me an affordale bid, they also used special equipment to avoid digging up my beautiful back yard. I was so impressed by the fast turn around time, My tech was always reachable and more than willing to answer all my questions, I will never use another plumber again. Loyal customer for life! more

The first time I used Red Lilly Plumbing & Heating was about four years back. I found them in the Yellow Pages. They did a huge job at my parents house. It took a week. From the first contact over the phone to the end of the job, they worked quickly and did an amazing job for them! I thought they did everything really well, and they guarantee the work they do for years. I have since used them at my apartment, and each time it really is just smooth sailing. They also are really very reasonable with their costs. This company truly works as a team, which makes it a whole lot easier for the customer. From the secretary to the technicians to the manager, it all is so smooth and easy and the customer is well taken care of. I have recommended them to at least 5 friends of mine, and they have continued to use them too. My friends have also called me up, thanking me for recommending this company to them! A good and reliable company. 10/18/2011

This was our first time using Red Lilly Plumbing & Heating. My husband found them online when we had an emergency and our pipe burst. They got here within the time they told us they would, about an hour after we called. The guy was great. He really took time to explain the situation very well to my husband before he did anything. He even told us about the problem in our sewer line that was causing the pipe to burst. He was able to fix that to and prevent any future issues. They'll be the company we call for any future plumbing issues! more

Best in the Business!!! 4/28/2011

I have been living in the Los Angeles area all my life, and about 5 years ago I purchased my first home, I was so excited up until I started having so many plumbing issues, My house was built in the 20's and was in deseparate need of a new sewer system. I called different plumbers and finally found RED LILLY , red lilly came out to my house on time, and gave me the most honest estimate. I was in total tears because I was so sad that they were going dig up my yard but my Tech explained to me that Red Lilly uses Trenchless technology this elimated the need to dig any trenches in my beautiful yard. They were able to reline my sewer pipe and not have not tear anything up. This process was done in less than 3 days. From start to finish Red Lilly kept me aware of everything that was gong on, I love there customer service, The girl in the office was amazing and Peter my technician is just first class. I will never use anybody else to take care of any future problems that arise. I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for honesty and integrity.!
