I had my first car detail ever today, well needless to say I will not be back to this place. I just feel as though they did not do a thorough job. Someone put pennies into the area where I would plug in my car charger, so that was 20 minutes of my time getting those out. My seats could have been vacuumed way better and shampooed better as well. For $120 they should have done a better job. more

false advertising! 1/20/2011

I saw their ad claiming the car wash would be 100% hand wash so I thought that's what it would be. This is false advertising! My car went into a building and when it came out it was clean. The problem came when I got home and saw that part of my turn signal light panel was missing. I called to see if they had the part and they told me they would check and could I call back in an hour. (An hour to ask 5 people if they saw a missing piece of a car?) Seriously? When I called back they had the piece so I came down to pick it up. I waited 15 minutes and was not acknowledged even after I told them I was there to collect a part. I finally went inside (I was told to wait outside for a manager) and asked for the manager. The manager said "Oh you must be looking for this" and handed me the part. He never apologized or offered an explanation. My big question- If this is really a hand wash car wash then how do you not notice that a part of someones car has fallen off? Seriously! more

Red Carpet Hand Car Wash Rocks 11/16/2010

Being OCD about my vehicle I love that I've found a place I can trust to do a great job. The staff is fantastic and I love that if I have an area that requires special attention they go out of their way to help me get it clean. Services are reasonably priced and their happy hour deals can't be beat. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to any other service. more

Red Carpet Hand Car Wash is an amateur filled workplace. 10/5/2009

After driving the car the next day I noticed that the $29 wash and hot spray wax was not worth it. The exterior came out pretty clean but they use cotton rags and some spray on the interior windows. I asked the attendant what was in the spray and if it was safe for tinted windows. He didnt even know what he was spraying and just replied that he has never had any complaint. I told him not to use ammonia based cleaners on tint because it turns the tint purple. He claimed he never heard of that! I told him to call any window tint shop and he should know that if its his business to clean cars. Well, my point is that the windshield was all smeared on the inside because of whatever they used. Why they didnt use paper towels and windex, I dont know! Overall its very overpriced for what you get. more

My first and last visit! The wet & dirty hose for the vacuum was drug across the light gray seat of my NEW car! It left a stain that will NOT come out! more

Great shop and Good cleaning 11/21/2005

I was looking for replacing my cars windshield and I came across this shop then. They gave the lowest quote for replacing the windshield and so I went to them. Their service was very good. They also hand washed my car free of cost (they do it with every windshield replacement) and the cleaning was great!! The cost of the carwash is a bit more since its hand wash but well worth the clean that the car gets!! more

Great Shop!! 11/9/2005

I used their service to replace the windshield for my car . The prices were very cheap and they did the work great. They didnt keep me waiting for long. I also got a free car wash with the windshield replacement. They hand washed the car and the car was cleaned very well inside and out. I am happy with both their windsheild replacement and car cleaning services. more
