Review content:
I saw their ad claiming the car wash would be 100% hand wash so I thought that's what it would be. This is false advertising! My car went into a building and when it came out it was clean. The problem came when I got home and saw that part of my turn signal light panel was missing. I called to see if they had the part and they told me they would check and could I call back in an hour. (An hour to ask 5 people if they saw a missing piece of a car?) Seriously? When I called back they had the piece so I came down to pick it up. I waited 15 minutes and was not acknowledged even after I told them I was there to collect a part. I finally went inside (I was told to wait outside for a manager) and asked for the manager. The manager said "Oh you must be looking for this" and handed me the part. He never apologized or offered an explanation. My big question- If this is really a hand wash car wash then how do you not notice that a part of someones car has fallen off? Seriously!
