We used Reborn Cabinets when remodeling our bathroom and were extremely pleased with the service they provided. Some companies I contacted would not do a job as small as ours but Reborn was happy to meet our needs. I found advertisement on LA Times & Daily Breeze about a seminar "" how to reface, remodel kitchen"" from Reborn Cabinet, Inc. I sign up with them , learn many informations ""how to.."" I decided to reface my kitchen cabinet and signed a contract with Reborn C. Inc. They send a team of people to come to help me : Kitchen designer Nilla, Team project Ray, Installers:Martin, Mario. I also replace the vent hood, and the sink, The 2 workers who help to relace the vent hood like 2 angles, fast, strong and accurate, The sink replacement also professionaly done . They are all very professional, skillful, on time. There are few door cabinets had mark on the door, they took back to factory to replace . During waiting time , They called me many times to assure me that the new doors are in process, they did not forget about me...as soon as the doors are ready, Mario installed for me. At last, Ray, the project team leader came to inspect the last time to make sure that I am happy with all the work they did. The financial help is easy. I am now happy with my new reface kitchen, new venthood, and new sink.i would introduce Reborn Cabinet Inc to any of my friend who need to renew their kitchen . more

I can't say enough about this place. MY ONLY REGRET is that I didn't use them for my kitchen remodel a couple of years ago. I hired them for my bathroom cabinets and from beginning to end this company was the most professional, detailed company I have ever dealt with in the home improvement business. The initial consultation was very helpful and professional. The use of technology in reminding you about the upcoming appointment and follow up calls, emails and so forth were outstanding. Their customer service angle was beyond what I ever expected from beginning to completion. The quality and install of my cabinet was awesome. The product and the item was even better than I had expected. The installer was nice, clean, brought appropriate items to protect the stairs and so forth. The end result was beautiful cabinets. I WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE FOR ALL MY FUTURE PROJECTS!!! more

While doing some remodeling in our home we decided to update our kitchen. After hearing about Reborn Cabinets on the radio pretty much every day, we decided to call them for an estimate. We live in Ventura County which is quite a distance from Anaheim. Without issue, the salesman showed up on time and spent over two hours with us going over the options, materials and pricing. His knowledge of the product was impeccable. I never knew there was so much to know about cabinets.\r \r During our initial meeting we chose a particular granite that we thought would go well with the kitchen. When we went to pick our stone we realized that it was not what we wanted. Happily we were able to pick a different granite at the vendor with no issues whatsoever! \r \r The work was scheduled and done on time as well. We received constant updates from customer service as to the status. We had a contractor working in the house at the same time the cabinets were being installed and I was pleased that our Reborn installer was flexible to let them do some floor work while he was doing the cabinets. He also made some special adjustments to accommodate our under cabinet lighting. Very impressive. We did have a couple of minor issues with a wrong cabinet door and drawer handle but those were taken care of without hesitation.\r \r The materials are amazing. Very high quality and the installation totally transformed our kitchen into a place that is not only inviting but draws attention. I feel the price was fair and have already recommended Reborn to friends. We are completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship we received from Reborn. more

My wife and I recently had our cabinets refinished in all three of our bathrooms. We must say to anyone reading this review that the quality and workmanship far exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with the refinish. The door and drawer style selection was plentiful and we had many colors to select from although we did have a custom color made for one bathroom. The added cost for the custom color was worth it. The silent drawer and door closing hinges are fabulous.\r \r Working with personnel at Reborn Cabinet was not perfect but it would not cause us from returning for our next job. The designer/sales person was always attentive to our needs and got the order correct without delay. However, she did employ the high-pressure sales pitch, which included discounts and free items if we signed a contract today (initial meeting). She was probably just following policy. The person who measured the cabinets was prompt, curious, and polite. We were assigned a project manager for our job. We would have liked him to be a little more attentive to our needs. Phone calls were not return promptly and one was not returned at all. The personnel highlight was the installer. He took time to answer all my questions throughout the day, kept our house clean during the process, and really truly showed pride in his work.\r \r We would definitely recommend (and have done so) to friends and family. more

I GIVE THIS COMPANY 5 STARS: Used Reborn for a shower remodel and was very pleased. Work done on time-workers very neat and clean. Also used Reborn for kitchen cabinet reface. All work was reasonably priced, done on time and I couldn't be happier. My installer was amazing - very meticulous with everything he did. Always called if he was going to be delayed and put in more than eight hours to get job finished. \r \r I have read other reviews regarding Reborn and find it hard to believe some of the stories since I had such a GREAT experience. I would definitely recommend Reborn for bathroom or kitchen remodeling. more

We'd wanted to replace the shower in our master bathroom ever since buying this house. We saw Reborn at the LA County fair, liked what we saw on display and scheduled to have a sales person give us an estimate. The sales person was very knowledgeable and polite and presented a lot of options to choose from. We were told that the installation would take about three days and it took 2 and a half days. The old shower, including drywall, was completely removed. Installer was very neat; we hardly knew he was there. The installer cleaned up at the end of each day. The end product was exactly what we wanted. We are very happy with their work. I highly recommend Reborn more

If you can use any other company, I would suggest that you do it. We began our 'journey' in May and are still not done. Working with Reborn has been an experience in lies, excuses, and blame. Without belaboring the constant problems, just know that when there is something that goes wrong (key left in the door by worker when you are not home, design flaws where you have drawers and cupboards installed that can't open, etc) there is no one to appeal to. We finally wrote a letter to the owners of the company and the Vice President and did not even receive a response of any kind. This is an unethical, highly frustrating company and I would strongly urge you to avoid it at all costs. more

Bad experience with Reborn. These guys claim to be the best in Orange County. I guess they must be happy being the best of the worst.\r \r My 3 day kitchen refacing job is now going on 2 months. Have had multiple visits and discussions with their people and they still can't get the job done. I spoke to their 'bucks stops here' guy who supposedly has the authority and responsibility to resolve customer issues. He said he would have a plan to resolve my issues and complete the project in a couple of days. Did not hear back from him in the timeframe that he committed to. Now I'm having to contact them again to try and get my kitchen finished.\r \r So far, this family owned and operated company has been more than eager to take my money but hasn't shown the integrity, reliability or professionalism to get the job done.\r \r Am now sending an email to the President of the company because I'm tired of getting the run around.\r \r Would not use these guys again and would not recommend to friends.\r \r more

I had a great experience with Reborn Cabinets. I had been shopping around to convert my tub to a walk-in shower but didn’t find what I wanted. I talked to the Reborn rep at our county fair and made an appointment. The salesman at the meeting was very professional and had great ideas. He had beautiful samples and pictures of completed projects. I found what I wanted. The tear down and installation was started on time. The workers were very professional and concerned with cleanliness. The estimated 2 day job was actually completed in one day. We are very happy with our new beautiful shower. We will be recommending Reborn Cabinets to our friends and relatives as well as calling then to remodel our other bathroom. more

Reborn Cabinets has been a pleasure to work with. We have been satisfied with our entire kitchen refacing process. It started with the sales adviser who explained the company and options available. He helped us work through the various decisions and we never felt pressured. When the project actually started, we had a team lead we were able to contact at any time and we did whenever questions or concerns came up. After the work was completed, we had a few issues and things that needed to be reworked. Reborn was quick to respond and the issues were corrected without any stress at all. We've been really surprised at how responsive they have been. \r \r Here's an example of where they really helped; after the project was complete, we purchased new kitchen appliances. The new oven wouldn't fit (too wide for the space between the new counter tops). Reborn sent the counter top installer back out to modify the edges to fit the oven.\r \r This is a professional team that gets our recommendation. If you're considering a kitchen makeover, it might be worth it to you in time, money, quality and peace of mind to include them in your list of companies you request a quote from.\r more

I inherited my father's apartment in Laguna Woods Village, which was built in 1964. The kitchen cabinets were rundown, and altogether it was an ergonomic nightmare. I kept bumping into the garbage can. I basically used it to reheat food. I decided to call Reborn and Nilla Lindgren, the kitchen designer, came to evaluate my kitchen. Besides being charming, she was able to see exactly what I needed to make the kitchen more accessible, as well as beautiful. After Nilla, a contractor came to measure my cabinets for the Refacing. A few weeks later the carpenters came to implement the plan, which took 4 days. Everyone who came into my home was respectful of me and my living space. When it was all done there was an amazing transformation to a beautiful, ergonomically easy to use kitchen, which is a joy to cook in. I would recommend Reborn to anyone who is thinking of updating a kitchen or bathroom. Visit their showroom and you can see the wonderful work they do. more
