Soon to be sold 11/26/2010

In late 2008 or early 2009 Linda Stevenson filed for Bankruptcy. One of the provisions states “The real property located at 18169 August Avenue, Hilmar, Ca will be listed for sale and sold within 24 months at the best available price using a licensed realtor.” She placed the ranch for sale at $1.3 million. In mid-2010 she reduced the price to $1.15 million. If the property is not sold by the court ordered date, what happens… auction? If it sells at auction, what fraction of the asking price will it sell for? Half? more

Best Horse Camp in California 5/29/2008

I went to camp for many years in a row at Rascal Slough when I was younger and loved it! Linda is such a knowledgeable horsewoman who really puts the time in to take care of her campers and her horses. I would highly recommend Rascal Slough to anyone for any equestrian needs, be it boarding, riding, or camp. It was such a joy when I was younger and I have many fond memories of the grounds and all the great people I met their! Pros: Love this ranch! Cons: Slightly out of the way for someone from the Bay Area, but I loved it just the same. more
