Rancho Santa Margarita Honda

i was at rsm honda few days ago and let me tell you this was hands down the best dealership experience i have ever had. day before i stopped by fladeboe and power honda in costa mesa and they treated me like dirt. the moment i told them i am shopping for a car for my wife and she is not with me right now they totally lost interest in me and just left on their car lot. fladeboe salesman said let me get more info and never came back. when i got to rsm i was helped by julie carter one of the internet managers at rsm honda and her manager gala. both of them were very professional and very helpful gave me all the details i needed including payments and model options and i look them home and came back with my wife and bought a beautiful accord from them. great service and good people. highly recomended. I had a great experience working with the Internet Department at the dealership. I have been looking for a Civic SI that is black outside with the black cloth SI interior. They had just what I was looking for. The internet department gives you a no haggle and very competitive price. I recommend this dealership to all! more

buying a car, without having to discuss a terrible experience was made possible only because of family honda. amir fatanat the salesperson who sold me my new 2008 accord coupe fully loaded, is an amazing person. if anyone needs to buy car you just meet this gentlemen. he is a pleasure to work with and really cares about making you happy with the end results. buying a car for me was headache i didn't where to start and where to go, and who would give me the best deals. but, amir made it clear! mr. fatanat has motivated and inspired and with honesty i am impressed that someone can have such a remarkable personality as that which he has been blessed with. i don't expect the world when buying a car, i foremost expect customer service and someone who knows what their talking about, and secondly a resonable offer. i know they have to make as well, so i told him what i need and what i want and he listened and told how we can make it happen. there was no back and forward negotiation there was just simple understanding and little comprimise but the end i was happy, without headache and didn't have to spend hours at dealership feeling like a begger waiting for a car deal. family honda is great and amir fatanat is one of the primary reasons why. more

I actually really liked all the people here at RSM Honda. Rob greeted me when I drove up, and Julie was such a great help! Everyone was very friendly and nice through out the whole process. They clearly stated everything that I was charged for, so when it came down to signing papers with Frank, I was aware of all the fees and charges. I came in with my leased vehicle, looking to purchase it and I thought it would be a long horrible process, however it was quite simple and all the people didn't give me the ""awkward silence"" as we were waiting for things to process and what not. I also brought my pit bull puppy in and I only got one negative comment about him! (Usually several). Gary was really great and welcomed my pit bull and me. I did, however have to drive back down from Huntington Beach, but when I got there, everyone remembered me and was asking about my puppy. Before I left the second time, they changed my paper plate and license plate holders to the RSM Honda ones (I still had Family Honda -_-). Overall, everyone seemed really relatable and not stuck up car people. I would recommend my friends and family, and I will return when I purchase again. more

Our family just made a purchase from the NEW Rancho Santa Margarita Honda dealership and we could not be any more pleased. Actually, we drove by simply to take a quick look at the new styles and was surprised we were not pounced upon by a host of salespeople. When we stolled back to our car, a kind gentleman asked if we had any questions or if he could be of any service. After telling him our horror stories of trying to work with the old management, he sympathized and then offered to help us in any way he could to show us how the new management was completely different. To make a long story short, we gave them the opportunity and they proved themselves amply - so much so that we drove away in TWO new Hondas instead of the one we came for. It's comforting to know that we have a NEW dealership right here in RSM that we can once again trust! more
