Our family just made a purchase from the NEW Rancho Santa Margarita Honda dealership and we could not be any more pleased. Actually, we drove by simply to take a quick look at the new styles and was surprised we were not pounced upon by a host of salespeople. When we stolled back to our car, a kind gentleman asked if we had any questions or if he could be of any service. After telling him our horror stories of trying to work with the old management, he sympathized and then offered to help us in any way he could to show us how the new management was completely different. To make a long story short, we gave them the opportunity and they proved themselves amply - so much so that we drove away in TWO new Hondas instead of the one we came for. It's comforting to know that we have a NEW dealership right here in RSM that we can once again trust!
