We recently re-modeled our backyard - sprinklers, plants, pool deck...a very large undertaking. RainDance originally bid out a large package for an entire backyard redesign, however, we chose to use them for the landscaping items only - sprinklers and plants. Since that point, the customer service and communication (or lack there of) was terrible.\r

What was supposed to be a one week project took almost two months to close out. People were very difficult to reach, appointments were missed, and other times crews showed up unannounced. \r

The original salesman was nice, but he disappeared halfway through the projet. \r

Not only is the communication poor, but I also don't think they are very knowledgeable on plants. We were told our original plants we suggested would work great, however, they discolored quite quickly. When discussing replacing them one person said we should, another we shouldn't - it was all quite frustrating.\r

I've now worked with 6 different people within the company and it seems like they lack overall communication skills. No one seems to be on the same page.\r

I'm quite disappointed with the overall experience and plant quality and will not be using them again.
