Quality service, Caring people 8/23/2014

As Orlando plunged into a record setting heat wave, what should befall our happy little home on th hottest of days but the worst thing imaginable... our AC goes out. I tried several other companies who said it would be several days before they could help us. But Rainaldi came to our rescue. Not only were they there less than an hour after I called, but the service and treatment we received should be a model for all other companies to follow. Roy and his partner didn't just fix our problem. They took the time to find out exactly what we needed and educated us on what the best solution was. They discussed options rather than trying for a hard sell. When they left we were well on our way to cooling down. But the commitment to quality service didn't end there. About and hour later Chris called to make sure everything was okay and working correctly and then discussed some options for the future in case we experienced trouble again. They got the job done, but the price was ridiculous. $280 to patch a leak, which took less than 30 minutes of their time. Plus $90 because the service was after-hours. When I asked why it cost so much, I wasn't given a clear answer. They also asked for the money before starting the work---very unprofessional. Definitely not doing business with them again. more

I'll never go with anyone else 2/16/2012

I had a slab leak in my garage after having another plumber patch it several months earlier. Rainaldi was able to come out the same day and gave me several options as to how to proceed. I wound up filing an insurance claim with Rainaldi's help, which covered the entire cost of re piping my entire house. The crew that came out was very friendly and professional, and what they estimated would be a day long job was done shortly after lunch time. Furthermore they cleaned up after themselves, and best of all they came out the day after Christmas while I'm sure everyone else was off of work. I'll be using Rainaldi for any future leaks in my home, though after the thorough job they did I doubt I'll have to. more

Great service!! 6/19/2011

When I had an unexpected plumbing problem last week I didn't know who to call and a friend from work suggested I use Rainaldi Plumbing. I am really glad I did!! I know "word-of-mouth" advertising is always the best. They took great care of me, were very fast, and Aaron did a great job. I would strongly recommend them for any plumbing work you may have. more

Happy customer for life! 5/30/2011

I have been using rainaldi for many years for my rental properties and I will never call anybody else. I can depend on them to go to my properties, find the problem, advise me, and fix the problem at an affordable price. They keep me informed every step of the way and they are neat and professional. thanks rainaldi. more

I came home from work and saw alot of water gushing out on the side of the house. I did not know where the shut off valve was. I called Rainladi Plumbing. they came out right away. They shut off the water and told me what needed to be done and the price. When he was done, he showed me where the shut off valve was and cleaned up his mess.\r I will certainly use Rainaldi plumbing again more

Top Of The Line 5/17/2011

Rainaldi Plumbing provides the best customer service in town. The office staff and plumbers all went out of their way to help my parents when they had an urgent plumbing need and I could not be there. They kept in touch with me by phone to keep me updated and treated my parents with respect. If you want great service from people who really do care, call Rainaldi Plumbing! more

Rainaldi Plumbing has the best office staff and plumbers around! My parents needed an emergency service and Rainaldi Plumbing was awesome. I was out of town but they kept in touch with me at every step and took such good care of my parents. I can't believe what a great job they did. They give plumbers a GOOD name! more

If you want great customer service and friendly, knowledgeable plumbers and staff, then call Rainaldi Plumbing. Simply put, they're the best. I'm a single mom and have really been taken advantage of in the past so I was skeptical about calling Rainaldi Plumbing but I needed a plumber fast. The girl on the phone was so calm and reassuring and the plumber was GREAT and made me feel comfortable. Thank you Rainaldi Plumbing! more

Fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Rainaldi Plumbing is AWESOME. I am a single mom and was very nervous to call a plumber when I needed one. I called Rainaldi Plumbing and they treated me as if I had been a customer for years. I would recommend them to anybody. They are the best. more

Very satisfied 4/27/2011

I had a plumbing emergency and called Rainaldi upon the advice of a friend. The plumber that came out was fantastic and the office staff girls were so sweet and understanding and patient with me. I am disabled and needed a little extra help and Rainaldi treated me with such respect all the way. I was amazed at their willingness to help me and I will always use and refer Rainaldi Plumbing! more

Bad business 2/24/2011

Rainaldi has terrible and dishonest service. The company was called to replace one silver hose to the cold water line on a hot water tank. The technician came, took a look at my Aunt who is a senior citizen then looked at the tank and said the both hoses were corrided on the inside and all that needed to be replaced for a total of $409.00. I called my male cousin to come over as I could not see this type of expense. When my cousin arrived he asked the tech to show him what he told me and the tech instantly got mad, and refused to show him what he told me. The tech clearly misquoted this job and tried to hike up the work and expenses. Then the tech began to threaten my cousin and he was ordered off the property. We called another company, less than an hour that company came, fixed the problem for less than $200. Rainaldi plumbing clearly has bad business practices and takes advantage of senior citizens. more

GREAT SERVICE 2/17/2011

I never needed a plumber before so when I had an emergency my friend told me to call Rainaldi so I did. They had a fast response time and were professional and friendly. The girls in the office were great too. Rainaldi treated me like family and that is hard to come by these days. Thank you Rainaldi! more

Rainaldi Plumbing Great Job! 10/29/2010

My elderly mother had a plumbing emergancy and didn't know who to call. She called Rainaldi and what a great job they did. From the time she called to the time the plumber arrived was less than an hour. They helped her clean up the water, made a temporary fix and came back the next day to replumb her home. The girls in the office were so friendly and the crew was very neat and professional. They all treated my mom like she was their mom and you can't beat that. We have all of our friends and family to Rainaldi. They are the best! more

Rainaldi really did a great job at our house. We were impressed on how fast they came out on the weekend and how clean they left our house. Great Customer Service! 10/4/2006

They were Great! When I had a plumbing emergency, they were able to get to me faster than any other company and did a great job. I was VERY happy with the service. They service technician was polite and courteous and left my home clean and neat. Providing excellent service really seems to be important to them and I appreciated the quality workmanship. Its hard to find a service company that cares about the customer anymore. Keep up the good work. Pros: They are great! They really care about the service to the customer. more
