Worst

The person who answers the phone doesn't seem to know much about the salon's stylists and experience levels. The girls behind the front desk act a little too much like bored teena...

Blondes are hard to satisfy! RocaSalon does it. 11/13/2011

Rod has given me a make over. It has taken years but it is well worth it. Once upon a time, I bought the over the counter stuff and did the color myself. It had that Yellow, bleach blonde look. I liked it but I knew it looked like it had been done at home. When I went to Rod, I told him I wanted to look my age but better, and more natural. My hair grows really slow so we both had to have patience but it has paid off. It looks great now, and it has low lights with only one artificial color with my natural color as the darker one. I don't know the technical terms but it looks great and I feel good because of it. They are the best, and now with the new place it feels like a special experience too. more

I love Roca 11/13/2011

Janelle is the first hair dresser I have ever had who understands my hair. She just..Gets it. I always walk away feeling awesome-and my hair continues to look fantastic. I have always found the other staff to be warm, enthusiastic, and super fun. Over all, Roca is a great experience. more

One stop salon 11/8/2011

Not only did I get a great "gellish" nail treatment the day before but then I got a great haircut, style, and complimentary make-up touch up. Everyone was great as usual and very friendly! I love ROCA! more

good service and beautiful salon 11/6/2011

I had a great experience at Roca immediately after I arrived. The staff was energetic and friendly and Gretchen made my hair look just how I wanted without much direction from me. I had been hesitant to try getting an appointment again. Two days earlier when trying to schedule an appointment, I was told they were too busy to talk. I left my name and number and was promised a call back in ten minutes only to never hear anything. I'm glad I gave roca a second chance because I did enjoy my experience and will be returning. more

Life is not a box of chocolates at ROCA because I always know what I'm going to get and thats the best customer service, the best cut or treatment at afoordable prices! I love ROCA and As long as they're around no one else will touch my hair! more

This was my second visit to the salon. My first visit is why I wanted to come back. Our hair is our Crown of Glory as Queens and Princess. If our crown is tarnished or not on right it will make the rule over your world very hard! I had a cut and color with Highlights and Gretchen M was my Stylist and she is an Artist at what she does with color!! I have had so many compliments. The whole time I was there I wasn't pressured into buying this product and that product. They truly have the customers best interest in focus as the heart of their business. more

My hair is very difficult to work with -- thick, coarse and wiry. I have a new hairstyle, thanks to Bailey, and I love it. My color has never looked better than since I became a loyal customer of ROCA. I also love the look of the new salon and appreciate very much all of the happy, helpful people in this salon. It is a very feel-good place and I feel spoiled every time I get my hair done. more

Compliments all day long 10/25/2011

I originally called for a haircut, but with my curly hair they informed me to do a Dva Curl System first. I'm so glad I did! Dva Curl is great, I was getting compliments all day long. Plus it smells fantastic. I'll go back for my haircut in 4weeks. more
