This is a pretty nice hotel. It is usually very expensive, but we stayed here through priceline for about $60 per night, so you can't ask for much better than that. They had a very nice swimming pool that was extremely kid friendly. Sometimes you go to a nice hotel like this and you are made to feel that you really aren't welcome unless you are a business traveler, but that was not the case with Renaissance. They made my family feel very welcome. The views were really neat too. You have a view of the ocean from the swimming pool and the view of the city from our room's window was amazing. more

    Renaissance Long Beach Hotel is located near the beach in central Long Beach and close to Long Beach Convention Center, RMS Queen Mary, and Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific. Additional points of interest include California State University Office of the Chancellor and Museum of Latin American Art.
