I have visited the store several times and have yet found them to be courtious,helpful or even attempting to be any of the above. When I told the sales clerk what I was in search for, she continued to show me completely different fabrics. I tried to tell her again and her exact words were "" maybe you would be happier at a big box type store, there's one just down the street"". I gave them one more try this last week for the shop hop, and was just as disappointed. Sorry you will have to come along way in the customer service department to keep me as a customer, yet you do have a great, wide range of fabrics. A little more in the patterns and notions might be something to consider.
