Yes, service can be abrupt, as it is very crowded. The material is outstanding. Beautiful material that is not seen everywhere. Classes depend on the teacher. Some are better than others.
Do yourself a favor and check out the fabric at this store. There is a constant turnover, so they have a small area at the back with discounted prices. Grab the material of your choice quickly as it disappears due to people like me who like a bargain on favorite patterns.
I don't care as much about the service, since the material is always new and different, which is not my experience with most other quilt stores.
