This has to be the worst place to park your car. We used to park here, paying almost $400/month plus tips (for fear they would do something worse to our car, for them to constantly scratch and ding our car). They've cost us well over $2000 in damages. The final straw came when they recently caused a huge dent in our front bumper that will cost $1000 to repair (in addition to the $2000 they've already cost us). Initially we were told they would pay for the repair but then the manager, Jose, decided there was nothing we could do that would adversely affect him so they will not pay. My advise, park somewhere else even if you have to walk a little further, in the long run it will be less of a hassle.
