I was dissatisfied with my last service. I had tie rods and an alignment done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my steering wheel was not straight also it pulled to the left...

The only place to go for quality with your car! 8/14/2012

Been going to Quality for about 15 years. I am not only impressed with the competent service, but the integrity of the employees. I have always been advised what needs to be done for my car and what does NOT need to be done, thus saving me money. Very nice employees who treat me with respect and courtesy. I would trust them with any auto problem. Just all around nice people! more

Great Service, Honest & Reliable, Flexible 8/10/2012

I made an oil change appoint for 2:00pm and had to change it. I called Quality and asked if they could fit me in earlier. Without hesitation they said to come over @ 11:00 or 11:30. I arrived @ 11:00 and was out by 11:45. Quick, efficient and honest. Thank you Quality! Great Job! more

They did a great job. Very fast service; I was in and out to drop off the keys within a minute or two and the car was finished in less than half an hour. Staff seemed to be knowledgeable. more

Runs like new 8/6/2012

I've been taking my cars to them since since 1990. I don't trust anyone else. They're prices are excellent compared to others. A woman needs a mechanic she can trust all the time. I took my 2006 Honda Pilot in for it's first maintenance work. I needed new rear brakes and my rear shoicks were leaking, so they were replaced. My SUV runs like new again. QT&A always have coupons in mailers or on their website. I trust my life and anyone else in my car to them. more

Always a great experience 8/4/2012

I've been going here for over 10 years. they have always treated me respectfully, explaining repairs, parts, etc without ever being condescending. Never a problem with them trying to sell me on unneeded reapirs or parts. They earned my trust, which is why I have remained a loyal customer. ven when I moved to the city for a few years, I still trekked out to the 'burbs. more

Great Service 7/19/2012

This was my first time bringing my car to Quality Tire & Auto. I found out they are a father/son shop and it felt like it. They ran an inspection with my oil change, and told me a few things I should keep an eye on. There was no pressure add more to the service then and everything was explained in detail. Will be back the next time. more

The procedure was done in less than 30 mins. which I liked. Before the wait time was close to one hour. Also, I like that they perform tire pressure and condition check. I think they should do this automatically for everybody. more

My wife & I have been customers of Quality Tire for over 15 years and once we purchase new cars we bring them to Quality Tire for all of their service needs. They're friendly, efficient, HONEST and reasonably priced. More times than not their final price is less than their quoted price and they want to help you understand what is needed and what was done in every case! Quality Tire has been great to our entire family. They are friendly, efficient, reasonably priced, and will not do the work if it's not needed. This time, I told them, I'd be next door at Dunkin Donuts having coffee with my sister and asked if they'd call me when my car was done. One of the guys actually came over to Dunkin Donuts to tell me I can get my car. Now THAT's service!! more
