I was dissatisfied with my last service. I had tie rods and an alignment done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my steering wheel was not straight also it pulled to the left...

I have been a customer of Quality Tire for over seven years. They not only take care of my car in a professional manner but also take the time to answer my questions/concerns over the phone (and yes, they do answer their phone!). They review their findings and repair cost with you before any work is done - so no surprises! Quality Tire is truly a service station! more

Delivered as Promised 6/1/2013

Services provided were as promised. Tires were installed and balanced within the time allotted and estimated. Price was fair. They even peaked at my front brakes and made me aware of a possible problem developing. Just wish they had wiped the hand prints off the 2 wheels they installed the tires on. I would do repeat business with them. more

My first experience with Quality. THey serviced 3 of our family vehicles. The service was excellent and quick. I will be taking our vehicles back to Quality for any future services my vehicles need. Time will tell, however, if I continue to use them. I have been disappointed by 3 or 4 of the auto repair shops located in the area over the last 15 years and I hope that Quality is the exception. more
