I was dissatisfied with my last service. I had tie rods and an alignment done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my steering wheel was not straight also it pulled to the left...

Always Quality Service! 2/1/2013

Friendly, efficient, Excellent Customer Service. I own a Volvo and avoid the dealership in Lisle. Quality can handle the challenges and if they cannot, they honestly offer options. 5 cars in our family, all different makes and they service all. Highly recommend!! more

I cannot speak highly enough about this business. We trust them based on our experiences with them. All work is done professionally and promptly. On the very rare occasion something is not done right they will take care of it immediately with no hassles. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else and highly recommend them. more

The most honest, friendly, reliable people I have dealt with in the car business! I know I can trust them with all of our cars. I am confident in what they tell me and know it will be fixed right the first time. I have also witnessed how they treat senior citizens...top notch!!! Great recommendation from a friend to come here! I will not take our cars anywhere else. more

Great service! 1/22/2013

I moved to the Chicago area eighteen months ago. I read several online reviews about how honest and straightforward they are, so I thought I'd give them my business. Even though I have to drive out there from La Grange Park, their service is well worth the trip. I've worked with them to select winter tires, diagnose engine issues, and regular service. In all aspects this business does a spectacular job at a fair price. I'd highly recommend them to anybody. more

I have been taking my cars here for 17 years. They do a great job and are fair and reasonable and HONEST!!!! I've even called them when I've had car trouble in another state and they have helped me make sure that I don't get ripped off. They are a family owned business and its great to support them especially since the service is exceptional. more

Prompt and personal service 1/16/2013

They offer the convenience of on line scheduling. My car was taken promptly on my arrival. All fluids were checked. A filter was found that needed changing and was brought to my attention. They were able to obtain and insert it quickly. The staff also was able to resolve a problem that I had with removing my hitch. I have been a client for over 15 years because they make me aware of potential problems; repair any problems "the first time"; and treat me with respect. more

Always accessible to services needed. They do their best in accomodating car service as you need it and reminding owners of routine maintenance. Always explain services performed and their necessity. I would never go anyplace else. My dad introduced me to Quality Tire many years ago and I have been going there ever since. Regular maintenance, repairs and replacements - they do it all with honesty, integrity and at a fair price. They see issues before any major problems can occur and always explain everything clearly and review all options with me and give me the cost in advance. The staff is tops! I always recommend them to anyone I know looking for any auto service. more

Best place anywhere for cars 1/4/2013

I've been using Quality for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. They're never pushy, and charge a very fair price. They never try to trick you and carefully explain what must be done, could be done, and especially what you don't need done. I have no intentions of using any other tire and repair place ever again. The entire team is friendly and very familiar with our vehicles. more
