I first called another local hvac company who came out and weren't particularly impressive. I then called a few others and fortunately came in contact with Quality Control Air who sent someone. This tech inspector was immensely professional (putting on booties) and informative, but most importantly kind and compassionate. It was bad news for us and I needed to have a new system (mine was old when I bought the house 10 years ago). The unit was a 1993 model. Unfortunately for us, we are getting ready to close on our new house so fortunately for the new owners will get a great HVAC system. more

Quality Control Air serviced my unit and it was up and running before I knew it! They were nice and polite. With their friendly demeanor, I felt comfortable and could trust them. more

I have yet to have a problem with them. Always on time, polite, answers my questions to the best of their ability. And they get the job done and I don't feel like I was just taken advantage of. That's all I can ask for!! more

Highly Recommended 6/1/2011

Had a problem with one of the central air heat units in the building I manage. Called Quality Control Air based on the great reviews. He came out the next day on time and through a process of elimination determined that the problem was with the thermostat, which wasn't what I expected as it was only two years old. I was expecting something much more expensive. He has a very reasonable basic service charge. Highly recommend. more

was having issues with my air conditioner and when I received a flyer for $29.95 to check out my system, I couldn’t pass it up. The technician that came to my home was professional and very honest with me. He took his time, checking my unit thoroughly. When he was finished, he sat down and explained everything to me, in detail. I am proud to say that I did purchase a new unit from Quality Control Air and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. It's refreshing to know that there is someone you can count on!! more

He showed up when he said he would (I know, he's supposed to but not everyone does!), was very courteous and fixed what was a little issue without trying to sell me anything that I didn't need.I highly recommend this company, from the service to the professional appearance, it was a great experience. I will be doing all of my servicing with Quality Control Air from now on! more

The man knew his stuff. Keith was very thorough in his prognosis of my machine. with all of the rip-off companies out there I now know that it's not always the company, but the people they have working for them. If you want an honest A/C guy Keith is it. more

These guys were very good. They helped us find out why we were always sneezing and coughing when the doctor couldnt find the problem. They were also courteous, friendly. I told all my neighbors about them!? more

I really was so very nervous to find an honest ac repair company when I moved to Florida. I had to go with my ac for 2 days then i made a call to Quality and they were able to service my unit and have it up and running quickly. The price was fair and I was relieved. I will refer you to my friends and family. more
