I was having issues with my air conditioner and when I received a flyer for $29.95 to check out my system, I couldn’t pass it up. The technician that came to my home was professional and very honest with me. He took his time, checking my unit thoroughly. When he was finished, he sat down and explained everything to me, in detail. I am proud to say that I did purchase a new unit from Quality Control Air and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. First of all I am 79 yrs old and live alone and its hard knowing who you can trust these days. Well I found 1 A/C co. I feel I can trust. A couple of days ago I had this company come out and Check my A/C for me for thier $29.95 special and they had sent out a very nice young man by the name of Keith. When most companies have came out and do this type of service they get nervous when someone like myself wants to follow them around and watch them do what they do. Not Keith. He encouraged me to watch and even participate. But the man knew his stuff. Keith was very thorough in his prognosis of my machine. with all of the rip-off companies out there I now know that it's not always the company, but the people they have working for them. If you want an honest A/C guy Keith is it. I found my new A/C guy and can actually trust him. So if this is the company that you choose then I would recommend that you ask for him by name.
