Be careful, this company works for the insurance company. Their interest is in keeping the insurance company's cost as low as possible NOT in fixing your car to your specifications. I have had a negative experience working with this company. You will have to watch them closely and keep in mind they are not working for you. more

They are courteous until they make mistakes. They won't take responsibility for mistakes they make. I had to pay out of pocket for rental car reimbursements because they told me they would begin work on my car on a Monday and took my keys and car and then told my insurance company that they didn't start work on my car until Thursday so I then had to pay for the rental car during the time until they actually began repairs. And then they ordered the wrong parts which delayed me getting my car back. They also kept telling me it would be done on one day and then didn't finish and they would tell me another day and of course it wasn't done again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. more

My girlfriend was in an accident in the first week of December. Took it to Quality Auto they said they would have it done by Christmas. She?s a full time college student so we told them just promise it done the first business day after the first of the year. First of the year rolls around and car isn?t done. They say end of the week for sure. The next Monday and still no car. They tell us for sure the end of this week. Long story short it is now February 5th and they have now told us 8 different time of when it will be done over the last month. STILL NO CAR! Horrible service and very disrespectful if you ask me. I understand shipping parts and all but it is now more then a month past when they said it would be done for sure the first time. more

I once used this place to get my car fixed after I was rear ended in a parking lot. Their staff was very easy to work with. The employees were all very kind and courteous. They made me feel like myself and my car were very important to them. It was done in a timely manner. The work they did on my car was great. I would recommend them. more
