My girlfriend was in an accident in the first week of December. Took it to Quality Auto they said they would have it done by Christmas. She?s a full time college student so we told them just promise it done the first business day after the first of the year. First of the year rolls around and car isn?t done. They say end of the week for sure. The next Monday and still no car. They tell us for sure the end of this week. Long story short it is now February 5th and they have now told us 8 different time of when it will be done over the last month. STILL NO CAR! Horrible service and very disrespectful if you ask me. I understand shipping parts and all but it is now more then a month past when they said it would be done for sure the first time.
