Excellent Refrigerator Repair Service! 10/3/2011

My upright freezer was not cooling and everything was starting to thaw and I was in a panic. I called for refrigerator repair service and they said they could get someone out same day. The technician called me to set a time showed up as scheduled and was able to repair my freezer so I didn't loose any of my food. THANKS Quality Appliance Repair! more

Professional Dishwasher Repair Service 9/30/2011

My dishwasher door would not latch therefore it would not start. I called Quality Appliance Repair in Austin TX and they said they would get someone out same day. The technician called and set a time, came out and had the parts on his truck and was able to fix my dishwasher right then and the cost for the dishwasher repair service was very reasonable and as advertised he waived the service call fee. Great service. I highly recommend this company when you need appliance service. more

Excellent Appliance Repair Service Company 9/23/2011

My son burnt some popcorn in my microwave and when I tried using it again it would not heat. I called Quality Appliance Repair for microwave repair service and the technician came out and said the repairs would be more than if I just replaced it. He charged me just the service call fee and was on his way. Thanks for the honesty. more

I had a fridge in the garage that was not cooling and needed service but wasn't in a hurry. I called for service and Quality Appliance Repair said they could get someone out same day. I called for service on my refrigerator which was not cooling and full of food. The technician called and set a time of arrival. Thanks for the excellent ice maker repair service. 9/5/2011

My ice maker in my Ref was not dumping ice, but there was plenty in the tub. I couldn't figure it out so I called for service. Quality Appliance Repair came out that after noon and repaired it and now it is working great. Thanks for the excellent ice maker repair service. I will call you again if I have any more problems with any of my appliances. more

I love Quality Appliance Repair! 9/2/2011

My frig was making this clicking noise, I had no idea what to do. I found Texas Appliance Repair on the web and called them. They said they could get a service tech out same day. He called set a time and showed up as scheduled. Come to find out it was something simple and he repaired it on the spot. Pricing was reasonable and they waive the service call fee when they do repairs. Can't beat that! Thank you ! I love Quality Appliance Repair! more

I needed an appliance repair service on my front load Kenmore washer. The technician came out and found the problem, however the part was on national back order. It took a week to get the part but when it came in, the technician promptly called and came right out and did the repair. He was very nice and neat and the over all experience was great. Quality Appliance Repair Is The Best! 8/19/2011

I just wanted to say that after I read all the reviews this appliance repair service company had, I called them to fix both my Sub Zero refrigerator and Whirlpool washer. I was hoping to get someone that would be able to fix both. The technician come prepared and very knowledgeable on both appliances, had them up and running in a short period of time, was friendly, clean and left my house in perfect condition. It was a good experience, and I feel I need to let everyone know that I would not think twice before I would call them again. more

I was on hold with the Whirlpool national service line for about 5 minutes when I found this company and started reading the reviews. I hung up and called Quality Appliance Repair and immediately got a live person who asked the right questions, explained their pricing and got me on the schedule all within 5 minutes. The technician showed up on time and got the job done. The pricing was exactly as they said it would be with no hidden surprises. Very friendly folks as well. I will use them again should the need arise. more

Professional and Fair 8/15/2011

Professional and Fair. When I called Quality Appliance Repair, a very pleasant lady answered the phone and took my order. The technician Ken called within 30 minutes and I described the problem to him over the phone. He said he knew what part he needed and would be seeing me within the hour. He was at my house in less than the hour with the part in his hand. My dryer was fixed, and Ken could not have been more pleasant. This was a good experience from beginning to end. more

Absolutely Fantastic! I've had a lot of different companies doing service at my house, but this is the only one I can really call an excellent appliance repair service. They repaired my dishwasher the same day and then cleaned the coil on my refrigerator for free. WOW. Will recommend to everyone. more

I Would Highly Recommend Quality Appliance Repair 8/3/2011

Had an issue with water leaking in our refrigerator and called Quality Appliance Repair based on their reviews. They lived up to every positive review and then some. The repairman arrived during his scheduled window, knew exactly what the problem was, and efficiently fixed it. He was friendly, courteous, and thoroughly professional. I would highly recommend them. more
