Professional and Fair. When I called Quality Appliance Repair, a very pleasant lady answered the phone and took my order. The technician Ken called within 30 minutes and I described the problem to him over the phone. He said he knew what part he needed and would be seeing me within the hour. He was at my house in less than the hour with the part in his hand. My dryer was fixed, and Ken could not have been more pleasant. This was a good experience from beginning to end.
