Called due to our sink not draining and we weren't sure if it was from frozen pipes. They said they would try to come out that day but probably wouldn't make it until the next day. I waited all day to hear back from them at 4:15pm to find out they weren't going to make it until the next morning. The next morning they informed us that we are not a priority right now because our pipes didn't burst and they didn't know when they would make it out. A good business would've said that right away. It's been three days since we have had a functioning sink and we have preemie twins at home with home nursing needs. Don't waste your time with these people. Find a plumber that cares. more

You get what you pay for! 9/16/2011

Price is not everything...you have to look at the whole package. So far I've had a new water heater, a Reverse Osmosis Water System and a HEPA air Filter system installed in our home by Pronto and it's affiliate HVAC company. Scheduling was a breeze with a phone call alerting me to when the technician was on his way. The price was fair, the products used are of the highest quality, latest technology and the technicians were on time, clean & courteous. There was not one spot of dirt or debris left at their work sites. I'm having them come out again soon to install underground drains around the outside of the house. I won't pinch pennies when it comes to my home. I want it done once, I want it done right! more

Pick Pronto! 9/16/2011

I have had AMAZING service and professionalism from Pronto! Everytime they are in my house, not only do they do an outstanding job, but they clean up after themselves too! They are courteous and efficeint and I can usually get an appointment scheduled for the day I call. more

Good at sales... 9/2/2011

I needed a job done, so I called this business first. They gave me a quote which I thought was outragious. They wanted to scheduale me for the appiontment. I said that I would call them back. I called another guy he said I'll come out to see it ...""I'm driving right by in a few minutes, it won't take me anything to take a look at it."" He gave me a quote of $150 less then Pronto and had it fixed within the hour. Now That's Pronto service at a price I like!!! more
