Review content:
Called due to our sink not draining and we weren't sure if it was from frozen pipes. They said they would try to come out that day but probably wouldn't make it until the next day. I waited all day to hear back from them at 4:15pm to find out they weren't going to make it until the next morning. The next morning they informed us that we are not a priority right now because our pipes didn't burst and they didn't know when they would make it out. A good business would've said that right away. It's been three days since we have had a functioning sink and we have preemie twins at home with home nursing needs. Don't waste your time with these people. Find a plumber that cares.
