Our Friend recommended Progressive Roofing to us because they did their roof last year. They gave us an estimate to install a new metal roof on our house and they had a fair price and they gave us some extras at no charge. They did a great job and we are planning on using them again. more

The gentleman who came out to assess the roof damage inspected our entire roof and was very professional and accommodating. He visited our home to give the estimate the same day of initial contact, which was on a Saturday. The workers were here on the following Tuesday, and the work is complete. All workers were professional and accomplished the job timely. Additionally, they were very careful about cleaning up their mess upon completion. I would not hesitate to recommend Progressive Roofing to anyone. more

After having many estimates, I went with Progressive because of their BBB rating. Damage from a tree meant a new roof. The office workers helped me file my insurance claim and over the two days of work they were able to fix my roof and damaged ceiling. Thank you for the great work. more

I try to work with only locally owned companies for all my needs. Progressive not only responded to my requests quickly but were very thorough in my questions. The rain caused some delays but they let me know when they would be there, we know there's no controlling the rain here. The crew was polite and cleaned up like they were never there. The ladies in the office followed up and made sure to answer my questions and made certain that I had copies for all my payments. If I ever have other problems or know someone who does, they will be my first & only recommendation. more

The sales guy David is really nice however the office employees beware. I was charge for a job that was not completed and never was called for authorization. I live out of town and I paid a deposit to get started on a rental property for work. After a few weeks, I see another charge from PROGRESSIVE ROOFING for the balance however the work was not completed. They refused to refund me until its completed and hung up on me. I was not ugly and it really hurts to be treated that way. I'm praying that race was not a factor and that God is always in control. Look at the photos for what they called completed. more
