I try to work with only locally owned companies for all my needs. Progressive not only responded to my requests quickly but were very thorough in my questions. The rain caused some delays but they let me know when they would be there, we know there's no controlling the rain here. The crew was polite and cleaned up like they were never there. The ladies in the office followed up and made sure to answer my questions and made certain that I had copies for all my payments. If I ever have other problems or know someone who does, they will be my first & only recommendation.
