They have had their service technicians to my home many times over the years and I am always impressed with the response time, professionalism and thoroughness of the work done. All home repair services should be as conscientious as this company!!! more

I called at 7 a.m. .They said someone would be there by 10. I told them what the problem was, and they suggested a way to try to fix the problem myself--to save money. I said I had tried that strategy already. First round of trucks were already out, but someone would be there by 10 a.m., they said, and theyd call when they were on their way. Turns out they had taken my phone # down wrong (the secretaries werent there yet when I called), and still, at 9:55 a.m., the truck pulled up in front of my house. The technician was great, and the bill was $30 less than Id been quoted because he didnt have to bring the machine in the house. I would totally recommend these guys. I got a very human reaction--they know that your house comes to an absolute standstill when your plumbing isnt working. Good work and good prices. more

I was panicked with a sewer backup, and afraid that I was going to have to replace the line to the street. The technician snaked the line for a reasonable fee, and had another tech come video the line, which showed no problems. I was very impressed with the honest evaluation, the speed and price they cleared the clog for, and will happily use them again. more

I called Pro Flow Plumbing & Sewers for a relatively straightforward project for my store and I can`t tell you how surprised and pleased I was that Pro Flow Plumbing & Sewers came to the store himself to go over the details. The next day his crew was at my store doing the work. The care and politeness they demonstrated can`t be overstated. They not only wore booties while doing the work, but they swept up behind themselves every time the entered or exited my store, which was important because we were open for business.
