I was panicked with a sewer backup, and afraid that I was going to have to replace the line to the street. The technician snaked the line for a reasonable fee, and had another tech come video the line, which showed no problems. I was very impressed with the honest evaluation, the speed and price they cleared the clog for, and will happily use them again.
