We would like to take this opportunity to thank Presidential Pools! We have been so pleased with our pool. When we first began the process of searching for a pool company, we relied on â??word of mouthâ? from our friends and neighbors. Presidential Pools was often mentioned as the best pool builder in the valley. From our first meeting with James and all the staff that worked on our pool and even the sub-contractors we were so amazed by everyoneâ??s professionalism and attention to detail. Very high quality pool at a resonable price. Salesman are very knowledgeable and helpful in design decisions. Construction quality was second to none. Needs to improve accurate communications with customer on when work is to be performed. Post construction support is still to be determined. more

My experience with Presidential Pools started with a pleasurable meeting with my sales person (Kip Williams), who was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. 1st - the overall process was great but that was primarily because of Carlo. I suspect that he took on both Sales and Operations duties to help us stay informed and to ensure that all details & requests were addressed. Again, I will recommend Presidential Pools to anyone and we LOVE the final product but if I may provide one bit of constructive feedback it would be about the operational and project management side of the project. We frequently didn't know the status of critical next steps and/or were given wrong dates for critical steps. The wrong dates were a little frustrating as we at times adjusted our schedules to accommodate them and nothing happened or itr happened on a different day, etc. I stayed very involved and I enjoyed that.....but without Carlo's attention to detail and superior follow-up skills I'm fairly confident that our overall rating (and finished product) would be lower. Presidential built an absolute first class pool for me. First they determined every thing I wanted then designed the pool with subtle differences which once built I discovered they took extra steps to add subtleties that I never even dreamed of but was what I really needed to accomplish my real objectives. Customer service has been a plus even now several years after my pool was built. Because of this, I bet they will survive the economic downturn without a hitch. more

I have been dealing with Presidential Pools and Spas since 1995. My family members including myself have purchased many pools over the years from James Frabisilio @ Presidential Pools. James and his team are very professional and first class all the way. During our many pool purchases I can only remember one time having a service issue with our pool and that was within the creepy crawler cleaner. I phoned James and within one hour of my phone call, to him, he had a service rep at our home to repair the cleaner. Talk about fast customer service. I work for a very large home builder in the valley and when the home builder promoted me to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, I immediately fired the pool builder that our company had a relationship with and replaced them with Presidential Pools and Spas. Our home buyers including my family and myself have nothing but raving results for Presidential Pools and Spas. Tim Murphy and James Frabisilio and their entire team at Presidential Pools and Spas are first class in all aspects of the pool industry from designing the pools to building them to customer service. Service after the sale is HUGE and Presidential indeed does that. I would not recomend any other POOL Company than PRESIDENTIAL POOLS AND SPAS. more

I have built four pools in the last 7 years. My first two pools were with a very large local builder. The quality was okay the communication was okay and the overall experience was fair. I contracted with Presidential last year to build my pool and could not have been happier. The workmanship and the quality of materials were top notch. The superintendent Nick was outstanding! Every time I had a question or concern he was all over it. He returned calls immediately. I had such a great experience with my pool builder that my neighbor sensed my excitement. He had also decided to go with Presidential and they have since completed his pool. I have to say, I think his experience so far has been better than mine. Very hard to believe, but two very happy pool owners! The price you pay for such a quality pool is amazing! Thanks Presidential, and thanks to Nick for his outstanding communication! We had previously interviewed 3 other pool companies who seemed unwilling to work with us to meet our design expectations. Follow-up was poor with these companies. Presidential was always available during design, construction, and subsequent follow-up phases. We have been extremely impressed with our designer, project manager, and the lady who expedited and scheduled contractor visits. All were first class!! more

My husband and I loved Mike Shriver...our salesman...became our trusted friend in the pool business! We actually bought the pool from Mike just because he was SO great to deal with! Friendly and no pressure...honest with us and built that trust for us. He has come and spent time teaching us to care for the pool! Who else does that??!! Thank-you, Mike! more

My experience with Presidential Pools and Spas was excellent. They seemed very knowledgeable and dependable, which is why I decided to use them. They installed a pool at my house and did a great job. They showed up, did things on time, and I did not have to chase them down. I am very pleased with the way that everything turned out. The design goal was to have a pool large enough to provide an exercise swim lane, but not be so large as to overwhelm our small yard. Building code setback requirements and pool slope requirements compounded the design challenges. Four pool companies provided design ideas. Three of them had a 30 ft. swim lane but it was only 3 ft. deep at one end (again, a building code issue). Presidential Pools created a pool with entry steps in a bay that allowed the swim lane to be 5 ft. deep its entire length. But did the accommodation of the swim lane requiring steps in a non standard location make for an excessively large pool? Just the opposite. The Presidential final design seems much more like a natural garden pond than the other three pool company designs. In fact, when the pool was completed the overall yard appeared larger rather than before. How this illusion was achieved is a mystery, but we are very happy the Presidential Pool designer was able to accomplish this seemingly impossible objective. In spite of the confined area to work in, no damage was done to the house or adjoining patio. Even tasks like moving specific large boulders to different places in the gardens surrounding the pool were done without complaint. The construction was completed on schedule and on budget. Yes, there was â??construction messâ? but it was amazing how clean the site was maintained. And yes, there was some minor follow-up required after completion, but everything was immediately addressed and resolved. From design to construction to follow-up, we are 100% satisfied with Presidential Pools. more
