I worked with Jim to create the pool of my dreams. Jim was able to translate my basic concepts into an amazing final product. My pool is due to complete in the next couple weeks. They have been on time every time. All work completed on my schedule. This is a great company. I researched the competition extensively and at the end of the day, presidential is in a class of thier own. more

After looking at a few competitors, We found that Presidential had the best warrenties, Prices and Quality. Had a great experience with the whole crew, loved and would recommend our Sales & Design guy Lenny Kramer @ Surprise. He went above & beyond before and after the purchase! 5 stars !!!! more

Fantastic service even months after the pool was done. Bill has happly helped us answer all of our questions concerning how the pool control box and chemicals work. And we have called him many times. James was excellent in working with us to design a pool that we felt was our own. He was very thorough and accommodating to our needs. The installation was fast and all of the workers were very pleasant and as tidy as could be expected in a construction zone. Honestly, only two things kept from giving a "4-Star" for total experience. Our Superintendent (Clay) was very good at his job duties, i.e. making sure things were done right and on time and addressing the concerns we had. However, I did feel him lacking slightly in overall communication. I told him in the ver beginning that I was in construction, I and have been a superintendent and all I requested was even a quick email to keep me posted on the progress of the job and things to come. I constantly felt like I had to initiate the call or email a few days after a phase was completed to find out what phase was next and when it was scheduled, or call to find out when the guys were coming back out if they missed a day. Once I did reach him however, he was quick to respond. The other issue came after the final start-up. We filled out a list of two items that needed to be addressed. One was the waterfall leaking and the other was some cracked travertine. After six weeks, we finally initiated the phone call to Missi to get these items taken care of. The waterfall was fixed three times before the original installer (Rafael), who was excellent both time we saw him, found the real cause of the leak and it is good to go. Throughout this three week process of fixing however, I had to cancel and reschedule my landscaping install due to the vicinity of trees being planted by the leaking waterfall. during the decking work, the guys did not show up the first day so I called back and was told they would come by the end of the week, which they did. However, it was hard for my wife to communicate with them and they had the wrong color travertine and not enough of them. Once I got a hold of Jonathan, he had a different crew come out with everything they needed and all is great. So overall I was very happy other than a need for a little more communication during the process and a little better follow up on those touch up items once everything is done. Otherwise, the pool looks incredible and all the people mentioned above are great at what they do. RESPONSE FROM Presidential Pools & Spas: Tom: Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. Our entire experience, from the initial meeting with our design representative Len, to the final construction detail, Presidential did an outstanding job. Their subs were hard working, polite, and vary courteous always, even when they were working in the 110 degree days. The pool turned out better then we anticipated, and makes our hot summer days so much more enjoyable. My one regret, we should have had Presidential put a pool in many years ago. I would highly recommend Presidential Pools to anyone considering a pool. more

Purchase experience was quite good. Presidential offers an integrated pool design and landscaping service which is helpful. I was happy and impressed with the pool design. The landscape service was just ok. I think I could have done better if I had worked with my own landscaper. After purchasing a platinum lifetime warranty on the pool, I have had a couple of issues to get resolved. The stacked stone on my spillover started to come off within the 1st year. I called the service dept. and was told it was my problem. A recent plumbing problem (that was covered under warranty) took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to get resolved. Once they have your money, the level of service does go down. When you spend that much money with a company I would expect a different customer experience. We had a 450sf pool and landscaping installed in Dec 2011. Presidential pool and landscaping personnel were courteous and responsive to requests and changes. They were on budget and on time. We love the design of the pool and landscaping. Karin Tierney was our Pool Designer and did a great job. She was our advocate to be sure we got proper discounts and credits,keeping the pool cost reasonable for the quality. We would recommend Karin and Presidential pools. more

We had "thought" about working with a different vendor, however,once we we invited to Presidential's show room, we were sold! We were educated on all options, Karin worked with our budget, helped us make good choices and her follow through was amazing. We LOVE Clay, and appreciated his communication skills. Clay updated us often to make sure we knew what to expect and when! We made one mistake....we decided to work with an outside fence company, a friend of a friend! Not a good plan. Anyone who is thinking about building a custom pool would be smart to work with Presidential. They are the best. This is not the first pool we have built, but it is the best! They were top notch through the entire project, very professional and no problems whatsoever. We took a great deal of time researching the major pool companies and went with Presidential. They were a better price than others (in our experience) and it was the FIRST and ONLY time we've had any contractor perform a service that was done right from start to finish. They involved us through the process and were great at communicating. Something hard to find nowdays. We actually got to sit back and enjoy watching it all be done for a change, a very restful experience for us. Thank you Bryan, Mike and Tina! We had a pool and landscaping work done by Presidential in the summer of 2011. All I can say is if your life isn't already stressful enough, then hire these flim flam artists. I don't know how this company remains in business. All they do is sub out all the work, the sub contractors seem pretty good but Presidential manages to screw up everything they attempt to oversee. Life is short and buying a new pool should be something the family enjoys. These amatuers sure do know how to over promise and under deliver. Do yourself a favor and run don't walk away from this company. You can't say you haven't been warned!!!!!! Be your own general contractor, the subs would rather work directly with you than Presidential. My 5 week job ended up taking 10 weeks and I could go on and on but I think you can tell these guys will make you wish you never got a pool. more
