Purchase experience was quite good. Presidential offers an integrated pool design and landscaping service which is helpful. I was happy and impressed with the pool design. The landscape service was just ok. I think I could have done better if I had worked with my own landscaper.
After purchasing a platinum lifetime warranty on the pool, I have had a couple of issues to get resolved. The stacked stone on my spillover started to come off within the 1st year. I called the service dept. and was told it was my problem. A recent plumbing problem (that was covered under warranty) took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to get resolved.
Once they have your money, the level of service does go down. When you spend that much money with a company I would expect a different customer experience.
