Review content:
1st - the overall process was great but that was primarily because of Carlo. I suspect that he took on both Sales and Operations duties to help us stay informed and to ensure that all details & requests were addressed.
Again, I will recommend Presidential Pools to anyone and we LOVE the final product but if I may provide one bit of constructive feedback it would be about the operational and project management side of the project. We frequently didn't know the status of critical next steps and/or were given wrong dates for critical steps. The wrong dates were a little frustrating as we at times adjusted our schedules to accommodate them and nothing happened or itr happened on a different day, etc.
I stayed very involved and I enjoyed that.....but without Carlo's attention to detail and superior follow-up skills I'm fairly confident that our overall rating (and finished product) would be lower. Thanks to you and him for doing a great job!!
Can someone call us about the confusion and questions that we have about the programming and Aqua Pod?? Thanks again!
