Everyone was courteous and informative. The job was challenging and messy yet the workers did a speedy and CLEAN job. When finished with plumbing problem the workers thought of everything - making sure grounds / yard was back as good as possible. I felt so helpless until you arrived and sincerly appreciated the quality of your service. Also - I appreciate the CLEAN manner of the workers - they always managed to change into clean clothes when dealing directly with me. Thank you again more

Good business to work with for plumbing service! 6/13/2013

This was my second time I've called on Pro Plumbing. Their phone representatives are always pleasant and helpful with service techs schedules. Joe, the service tech, was very complete in explaining the recommended work needed and kept me informed about the process and progress he was doing. Joe kept a clean work area throughout the entire project. My neighbors were referred to Pro Plumbing and had work done at their home the next day. I will definitely call Pro Plumbing if i need service again. more

These guys are life savers! I'm a property manager and got a call from a tenant, saying that there was water coming through the wall. The WALL!! Power Pro was able to dispatch a plumber the same day, and fix it the next day which is simply amazing. Jim Foley drove all the way up to Redondo Beach from Aliso Viejo so that we wouldn't have to wait. He quickly chased down the leak. The wall had to be opened up in three places and he was careful to leave the cut out drywall intact to patch back up later (by a contractor.) I really admired how efficiently he worked. On top of that he was interesting to talk to- an upbeat kind of guy all the way around. I felt very comfortable having him there taking care of the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone. I've stored their number in my cell phone in case I need them again. (Hopefully not, but it's good to have someone you can trust!) more

The installation of the replacement kitchen faucets (two) and associated undersink valves and connections was very well accomplished. The plumbers were courteous and pleasant. The problems were solved and job completed. more

Saved me! 5/29/2013

Had a less experienced company get their rooter stuck in my sewer line and nearly tore up the old clay pipes with their hydrojet to get it out. Power Pro had the right tools and the right experience to clear the line safely without doing any more damage, and I was very impressed by the care and time they took to do it very carefully. Then the line was clear enough to get a liner without digging and they did that job in a single day. Now I can rest easy without worrying about my sewer line for the next 25 years -- very nice service guarantee! more

I've had some pretty bad stuff go down, but everything that Power Pro Plumbing did was fine. So far the work has all held up. The people who have come are very nice and they speak very well. They help me with the things I need to have done, and tell me what they are going to do before they do it. They were neat and would put things back in their place. more

My kitchen faucet broke and I had a problem trying to find a plumber that day. Power Pro Plumbing saved the day and their plumber, Joe, came that afternoon and installed a new faucet quickly, with no mess and at a reasonable cost. I even was given a Senior discount. Common Problem+ Difficult Decision + Expert Opinion and Action = Happy Customer 5/7/2013

Frank's team video-scoped the drain and found the problem. I called back a month later and the team came back, laid out the options and after careful consideration I decided. What I liked is that they offered options and had ideas as problems arose. I loved the flexibility and ingenuity. They ended up fixing it and the drain works like a charm. Thanks for a job well done. more

Very good. 4/22/2013

The guy from Power Pro Plumbing came cover to fix a water leak. He overruled an inspector, after double and triple checking the flow tank he found no leaks--there were no problems. This company is very professional, prompt and will go the extra mile. I would call them again. more
