Only rely on what is in the store! Needed 2 sheets of slatwall and 1 sheet laminate, was told they would have it for me in 2-3 days, that was last week wed.. Found out this morning (tues.) they never ordered it and when they did the product was 10-14 days out! Would have been nice to know that last week. Very unproessional. more

Mine was very good. I did call ahead to ensure that they had the product I wanted (1/4"" melamine faced MDF 4'x8' sheet). I too was surprised by the small area for customers, however, the proverbial question does size matter? The gentleman at the counter was helpful. In all fairness I gave a 4 out of 5 because though we strive for perfection, all too often we come up short. more

Maybe call more than once... 12/16/2009

I hate to judge this company on only one visit, but I have to say that time is the most valuable thing these days. When you call a head to ask if product is available and the answer comes back ""yes, it will be here tomorrow."" You would expect that to be true. It wasn't the case here. So a hours drive time and gas/mileage now is NOT A BILLABLE item for my company. Lesson to be learned here.... Maybe call more than once, and talk to more than one person. Maybe you'll get the truth, not some kind of @#$@!##$!!!! Pros: .... Cons: Not as large as I thought it would be. more
