I hate to judge this company on only one visit, but I have to say that time is the most valuable thing these days. When you call a head to ask if product is available and the answer comes back ""yes, it will be here tomorrow."" You would expect that to be true. It wasn't the case here. So a hours drive time and gas/mileage now is NOT A BILLABLE item for my company. Lesson to be learned here.... Maybe call more than once, and talk to more than one person. Maybe you'll get the truth, not some kind of @#$@!##$!!!!
