Disclaimer: I'm not vegan. I do enjoy vegan food though, and I am a vegetarian. I've been to Pizza Pi once, and ordered a calzone (about $10). Half an hour or so later, I got it, ...

VEGAN PIZZA + LOVE = Pizza Pi 9/27/2011

They have a ton of toppings to chose from, gluten free options, great desserts, and pretty much everything (including sandwiches) you could ever want from a pizzeria. They also have great service and you must try their calzones- so good! AND in spring, they have pizza pi week. They bring out new flavors and new food options for that limited time. I love it. I always go home (Seattle) for spring break just so I can go! more

Best pizza in town. 4/27/2009

When I'm out of town, the only pizza I ever miss is that from Pizza Pi. Try their dessert pockets. Mouth-watering. Pros: The calzones come from heaven. more

Very good 11/6/2008

I loved the thai chicken pizza. Pizza pi is also family friendly, they have letter magnets and a magnetic wall for the kids to play with (fun!) and my very picky 2 year old who I cannot get to eat ant veggies whatsoever LOVED the spinach artichoke dip (this was very exciting for me) we even took some home with us. Pros: great food and friendly staff more

Innovative, friendly and amazingly good! 3/10/2008

I had the pleasure of dining at Pizza PI for the first time last Saturday. I had been missing pizza like crazy ever since I became vegan and was excited at the chance of a menu where I could have anything on it instead of having one or two choices. You can order one pie but split it w/different topping on each side. We went for the White Lightening (my favorite so far) with the most delicious garlic sauce and one side w/a red sauce and veggie toppings (forget the name). Both were very good. We also had a couple of appetizers, cheese bread and the spinach dip which also were beyond any expectation I had.\r The service couldn't have been better. It was my my first time there and the very nice gal behind the counter spent some time w/us going over the menu and was helpful.\r I can't wait to go back!\r Pros: Excellent food, wonderful service and easy parking. more

New ownership!!! Much better!!! 12/27/2007

I know this is a funny thing to do, but we are the new owners of Pizza Pi and we want to let everyone know that much has changed. The old grumpy guy is gone, the pizzas have bulked up and we have more menu items and extended hours. In addition to pizza and calzones, we now offer meatball subs (100% Vegan of course) salads and baked pie pockets. \r Many have said that customer service was lacking before and that the pizzas were not visually appealing, but that is no longer the case. We have updated the decor, and will contnue to do so, as well as adding more menu items in the future. The website is currently down, due to the change in ownership, but that will also soon be fixed. Come check us out if you haven't in a while, you won't be dissapointed!!! Pros: food, service, ambience Cons: website down as of now... more

Not very good 6/16/2006

This place had really bad tasting pizza. The cheese was bland and grity. The waiter people were not friendly either. Cons: pizza, service more

yum but hmm. 4/26/2006

pizza is great, but owner guy is a bit of a jerk. even though i want a pizza i avoid going there because i dont even want to interact with him. more

Meh. 2/15/2006

My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza from Pizza Pi and picked it up. It was probably the worst pizza I've ever had. I wanted it to be good, but the pizza seemed lacking in toppings and not terribly visually appealing. It wasn't inedible, but I wouldn't order a pizza from there again. I'd like to think that there are good pizzas out there for people who don't eat meat or dairy, but I think you're better off making your own. If you have to try it, though, you can sign up for the mailing list on their web site and get free monthly pizza coupons. Pros: Free coupons Cons: Bad pizza more

Pizza Pi Rocks 6/12/2005

After you eat a Pizza Pi calzone, you'll wonder why you used to eat all that artery-clogging animal fat, the kind found in the greasy calzones served at most places. The Hawaiian pizza is not to be missed. Pros: Vegetarian, Vegan, Won't make you fat more

The Only ALL-Vegan pizzaria EVER! 6/12/2004

One day while sitting in Pizza Pi enjoying a delicious calzone I overheard the owner talking to a newspaper reporter about how it's the only all-vegan pizzaria in the entire world that he knows about. I recommend getting a calzone because the pizza is a tad bit dry just because vegan ""meats"" and ""cheese"" don't let out all those oils and fats that make a pizza moist. The white garlic sauce makes my mouth water just thinking about it. My favorite calzone is the Garlic Sauce Favorite or My Favorite Mushroom. This is the greatest Pizza place I have been to ever even before I was vegetarian or vegan. He also has an option for you to order your pizza ahead of time online which makes it extremely easy and convenient. By the time you get to the resturant your pizza is done and waiting for you Pros: Great vegan food, Average price, Freindly atmosphere more

Woo! 12/28/2003

Pizza Pi is Seattle's first (that I know of) all vegan, all the time pizza parlor. The owner talks on their website about his desire to see such a place in Seattle, and how he has now created it. And success seems to be his! You can choose from a great selection of veggies, tomatos, faux meats and cheese, and two sauces. They also have a gluten free crust for those of you who have wheat allergies. The food is great, and the vibe in the parlor is fabulous! There are animal photos on the corkboard and smiles on the diners' faces. Delish! Pros: vegan, pro animal more
