I have had the worst time working with Pius! Their quality of cabinetry is awful! Their customer service is substandard and they don't stand up to their products! They won't stand by my customer's cabinets that were purchased from Pius. There are defects in the cabinets that they won't correct. When Pius is called, they take days to follow up. more

Stay Away!! 2/7/2012

Go to yelp and read the reviews of this place - not sure where all the positives on citysearch are coming from but you do not want to do business with this place. I mean, come on, what business has 5 out of 5 stars? Definitely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business. If I could give them negative stars, I would. The place is incredibly disorganized and the staff completely incompetent. It took them three months to fulfill our cabinet order when they said it would be ready in two weeks. Every week they told us the order would be fulfilled but then when we called, nothing was ready. At one point we even rented a U-haul to pick up the remaining cabinets after triple checking with the staff that they were ready. When we showed up, nothing was there! And, if the process wasn't bad enough, the product is of low quality. We ordered white cabinets and the surface paint is cracking after a few months of use! All the doors are hung at different levels which means at some point, we'll have to rehang them so they are level. Stay away! more

Perfection 11/7/2011

Throughout the process of our complete guest bathroom remodel, Pius kept us constantly updated on the schedule and progress.They were extremely courteous and sensitive to all our needs and concerns, they kept the areas of the house adjacent to they work are immaculate and they were fanatical about making sure everything was done to perfection. The cost was reasonable and came in exactly as quoted. You simply won't find a nicer group of people to work with. more

My dream kitchen 10/26/2011

I knew exactly what I wanted my kitchen to look like and the staff was able to make digital drawings out of the ideas in my head. They were even patient when it came to fixing ""mistakes"" when something didn't look in real life how I expected it to. I have my dream kitchen now thanks to Pius! more

So my mom has been wanting to re-model our kitchen for our house. We went to about 7-8 kitchen cabinet stores and finally decided on Pius Kitchen. From the moment I talked on the phone to John, I knew this was going to be a the right choice for us. With John, he seemed very honest and upfront about all our questions. We wanted a few special pieces incorporated into the kitchen, like a lazy susan and tiles within the kitchen. If you are looking to get the kitchen done, they will be a good choice. You will get your money's worth. more

The Pius team did an excellent job on our construction project (new kitchen) and we would highly recommend their team for any similar jobs in Seattle. The owner is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work, which he completes on time, within budget and according to the building code, with all the necessary permits. more

Pleasant Experience! 10/6/2011

The Pius staff made our remodel project such a pleasant experience. Our extensive project included the entire living level of our home, including the kitchen, in addition to a bathroom upstairs. We appreciated the fact that the dust and debris were kept to a minimum during demolition and there were never construction items left outside our home. Our project manager was always available to respond to any questions or issues that arose. The subcontractors were courteous and did great work. As with any remodel, there were a few challenges, but our project manager met those challenges with a positive attitude and always found a solution. There were many times that he went far beyond the call of duty to make sure our vision became a reality and always did his best to stay within our budget! more

After 19 years, it was definitely time to remodel our kitchen. We talked to multiple remodeling companies and chose Pius Kitchen over the others because they provided the most help in turning our general ideas into the final design. They also brought their own ideas to the table and we highly considered their professional input. more

Pulled It Off 10/4/2011

The result... spectacular! I borrowed a lot of design ideas from DIY Network shows. Some of them are glass counter tops, a band of glass tiles that serves as back splash and slows across the room, heated tile floor, star medallion centered front of vanity serving as a ""tile mat"", legs instead of toe- kick for the vanity, etc. They pulled off exactly what I had in mind. I don;t think a lesser experienced team could have pulled this off. more

First Impression 9/30/2011

I was totally sold on Pius Kitchen by the 2nd meeting when the project manager brought everyone into the bathroom. My master bathroom is not small, but with me, the project manager, carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter, and flooring guy, it was crowded. The trade pros were not just talking to me about what I wanted, but they were also talking to each other about the job. The plumber was telling the carpenter where he need access panels for the tub. The carpenter then consulted with the flooring guy on how to build the access panel so that it can be tiled over seamlessly. All this happened before I even hired them to do the job. It gave me a lot of assurance that the job will be done right by people who know what they are doing. more
