Oct.30. I go for a test drive,and half way the guy asks me how much down payment I had,and I told him $1,500.He asks me if I could give more and I told him no.So we get back to his office and he asks me again if I could give more down payment,and I told him no.So he calculated my payments to $350.We finally agreed to $300,and gave him the $1,500 down payment.So he told me to give him three days to work something out,?that this deal was going to be between me and him.?Then on Nov.3 he calls me and tells me that my credit had collections(a lie, I checked my credit-no collections),but that if I gave him $2,500 more, the deal would go through between me and him.I refused,so he told me he would call me on to Nov 4. to see what he could do.So I receive a call from him,and he tells me that there are two options:to go through the bank,but that he would have to raise the price of the car $1000 more,or that if we went between me and him he would lower the price but I would have to give him at least $2500 more down payment.Again I refused and told him i was going to go pick up my money.He said that he really wanted to get this deal through and was going to do everything possible to make it go through,and to give him three more days.He promised me that I would be driving the car away by Saturday.So on Friday I receive I call,and he tells me that he has good news and bad news.I was approved for the loan,but the loaner required him to take the car to a mechanic and told me that the car had been in an accident,and so that I was required to buy warranty for the car if I wanted it.Again I refused. So I went to pick up my money on Nov.11.The guy was clearly trying to get more money and that story about the car being in an accident, I truly believe it was made-up when he realized that I wasn't going to give him more money.It was a way for him to get out of the deal.Overall,I wasted alot of my time and my families time.Never again will I go to Pili Auto or recommend people to go there. Cons: No honesty, Lack good Costumer Service, Wastes costumers time more

I saw an ad for a 2004 Honda Odyssey they had listed on Craigslist. Their ad listed the mileage at 30000. The photos in their ad showed a picture of the odometer at exactly 30196. Ok, no problem. But when I ran a Carfax record check on the VIN#, it shows the last 2 mileage listings as follows: Pros: seems like they have a decent selection Cons: Response to inquiry on mileage discrepancy made no sense. more

I bought a 2004 Lexus RX330 from piliauto and it was a great deal. The car cover with limited warranty that is free, so i don have to pay extra. more
