I had a fantastic experience at the Piano Gallery. Not only were all of my questions answered but I also was able to play the pianos myself and get the feel of the different ones. Everyone there was helpful and friendly, and Joe was especially great to work with. Love my Bosendorfer!! 4/2/2015

Best piano buying experience ever! I have been shopping for (and saving for) a Steinway grand for years, and was about to buy a pre-owned Steinway D, but I wanted to play one of Piano Gallery's Bosendorfers before making my final decision, because I had played a Bosendorfer several years ago and was blown away by how rich and full it had sounded. As soon as I played the Bosendorfers in the gallery, there was no turning back. They were stunning. Mike and Stan worked together to get me an amazing deal, plus free delivery...and now I have a beautiful Bosendorfer in my living room!! more

After stopping at another music store, we decided to check out The Piano Gallery before we made a purchase. We couldn't believe the difference. Joe greeted us and we told him we were interested in a digital piano. Not only did he answer our questions with a yes or no, he explained the answer and demonstrated it on the piano. He was enthusiastic while he showed us all of the different features, and you could tell that he genuinely loved what he was doing. When we left with our piano, we could not believe what a great experience it was. I would highly recommend visiting Joe at Piano Gallery! more

We had been looking for a piano, but thought we could only afford a used piano. After looking at a lot of used pianos we decided to try Piano Gallery. I was so impressed with their customer service, everyone was so helpful and friendly. They have a great store and pianos for all types of budgets! We bought a new piano and they delivered it the same day! The soft pedal on the piano wasn't working properly, I called them to ask about it and they came to my house to fix it within just a few hours of calling about it. I definitely recommend getting a piano from the Piano Gallery! more

We bought a Yamaha Clavinova from them. Who knew that buying a piano can be such a fun experience! Dave was/is very friendly and helpful with our questions, and the price he gave us was so much less than Yamaha's suggested retail price! It was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely go back to him when we buy a grand piano in the future! They have great variety of pianos, organs to look at and choose from. I recommend this store and Dave to anyone who wants to see pianos, or learn more about pianos, or purchase one! more

Last week I went into the Orem piano gallery to look at their pianos! Joe Beagley was soooo amazing at helping me find the perfect piano & answering any questions I had! I wanted to still shop around to find the best deal!! I ended up going back to see Joe & I purchased a beautiful black shiny Knabe vertical grand piano!!! The piano gallery is the best place to go if your looking for a piano!! more

I would give 7 stars if I could! Randy, the owner, bent over backwards to help me find the perfect piano. I have a master's degree in piano performance and used to concertize with symphonies, so I am fairly opinionated and know exactly what I want. I was guided to the pianos that had the various qualities I wanted. I liked the tone of one and the touch of another. Randy showed me how they could modify the touch of the Knabe to be less resistant through a special type of tuning service so that I could get everything I wanted at a very reasonable price. Piano Gallery gets my vote for knowledgeable service and affordable quality with out of this world customer service. I have had an incredible and surprisingly pleasing experience. Great company, quality service. more
