The groomers do an excellent job with our Lucky and Rufus. The only problem we've had has been when making appts. On two occasions the person writing down the appt. didn't write it on the proper day. The last time that happened, which involved a Tues. July 24th appt. recorded by mistake for Saturday, July 28th, I could tell that the groomer recording the appt. was very busy when I called. In the future it should be possible to avoid that kind of error by being specific about the date and then verifying that the appt. is being written down correctly before hanging up. The groomer who was put in a difficult position by the other groomer who recorded the appt. incorrectly was very gracious about working our dog in that day, but the first time that happened they were so booked up that we had to reschedule. We've made many appts. at Petco Grooming. Having one recorded incorrectly is a rare occurance, but one that should be avoidable with care that the appt. is being written down accurately.
