My puppy has gone to Pet Authority for about a year now. I love them. Jim is her groomer and she looks wonderful each time she goes. They make special bows for her and are excited to see her come. Jim tells me if she was a good girl or a little mischievous during the grooming :-) They call my cell phone when she is finished. I love that, so I don't have to worry about should I go and get her now or not. When she is done I get a call. Very friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend them! more

Brenda is a treasure! She is so good with the dogs and really has the right energy for her job. She is a great groomer and my dog shows no apprehension to spending the day at Pet Authority. Reasonable prices and easy in & out! more

The people are all very friendly! My dog really likes it there. They do a wonderful job on her cut. We have been going there for many years and love that I can set up a drop off time that works for me! Pros: Very friendly more

I am very pleased with the grooming my dog received. He looks gorgeous and service was completed within the time I had requested to pick him up. Everyone was very nice. Pros: I was able to drop him off early, before work and pick him up during lunch. Cons: Maybe could use longer hours. more

If you plan to get your pet groomed, DO NOT take your pet here!! When you arrive, you will be ignored for at least 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. If and when you are greeted, plan to wait another 5-10 minutes. They OVERPROMISE and UNDERDELIVER! I was told to drop off my dog at 11am and pick up at 2pm. I arrive at 2pm, come to find they hadn't even started on my dog yet! ""Oh, it'll just be 30 minutes"". They didn't even have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back. Once they finished, I picked her up, after waiting 15 minutes, they brought what I thought was my dog to me. She looked TERRIBLE!! I have had my dog groomed for 4 years now and she has never, ever looked this terrible. This was my first AND LAST experience with this groomer. If you care about your pet and their apperance, DO NOT use this groomer. Pros: nothing Cons: staff, customer service more
