My puppy has gone to Pet Authority for about a year now. I love them. Jim is her groomer and she looks wonderful each time she goes. They make special bows for her and are excited to see her come. Jim tells me if she was a good girl or a little mischievous during the grooming :-) They call my cell phone when she is finished. I love that, so I don't have to worry about should I go and get her now or not. When she is done I get a call. Very friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend them!
