These people are so incredibly incompetent. On 8/2/07 I called LG to see about getting my fridge repaired under warranty (the ice machine had broken). They then put me in touch with Perla's Appliances, and it all went downhill from there. Perla's called to schedule an appointment, I waited the entire day, and they never showed. I called back, and described the exact part I needed to save them some time (the lever for the ice crusher), they said they would order it and then call me the next week and have someone come to install it. Two weeks passed, so I called them. They said that they didn't understand what part I had described (now they tell me!) and that they'll just order a whole new ice maker. I wait another two weeks, they never call, so I call them. They now have no idea what I'm talking about (and certainly haven't ordered any parts), so they tell me they'll send someone over. I wait all day (again) and the guy never shows.
Pros: My fridge technically isn't in any *worse* shape
Cons: Rude customer service, they don't respond to phone calls, they don't show up for appointments; actually, I'm not sure what it is that they actually *can* do.
