We have used Perfect Service since we purchased our new home almost 3 years ago. We do the scheduled services, 2 a year, 1 for heat, 1 for A/C. They are always on time, and really live up the the name, Perfect Service. I just spoke to them today to set-up my service for the Summer. They were kind, and honest even though I had some concerns. I highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a great Heating and A/C company. more

We have been using Perfect Service for approximately 1 year now and the quality of my families breathing and sleeping has improved since having them install an air prufication system. I would recommend Perfect Service because they are who they say they are...Honest, trustworthy, Christian people. We need more companies like Perfect Service that aren't afraid to say it & stand behind it. more

Perfect Service is ""Perfect"". They are reliable & thorough in all ways. Joey Irwin was my technician during the last visit and he was courteous, polite, & very knowledgeable. He explained everything very well. I have been a customer for many years and would not use anyone else. more

Had a cleaning and inspection done by one of their servicemen. Of course he found numerous problems that would all go away if I bought a $3000.00 furnace from them. When I told him I needed to think about it and maybe get a second opinion he got an attitude. What got me was when he called me back later and said, ""I just reported you to the gas company. When they come out and turn your gas off THAT will be your second opinion."" Unbelievable. I finally did get a second opinion from another company and guess what? There is nothing wrong with my furnace. I spent $400 to have a vent pipe replaced and that was it. That's a long way from $3000. Apparently these guys will say anything to make a sale. more
