It is with great pleasure that I write this letter on behalf of Adrienne at PERFECT BODY in Bayshore, New York. I am a mom- the greatest job in the world, right? However, with motherhood came stretch marks, loose skin and changes to my body that really caused my self-esteem to plummet. Not wanting to have to go "under" for surgery, I began searching for other options. About two years ago, after spotting an ad in the newspaper, I set up a consultation appointment with Adrienne at Perfect Body. As a mother herself, Adrienne could not have been more compassionate, understanding and empathetic toward me. Her professionalism and knowledge shone through from the start. She assured me that we would work together to discuss treatment options, a schedule of treatments that would meet the needs of my busy "mom" schedule as well as which payment options would work best. After taking photos and spending a good deal of time talking to me, Adrienne and I decided what treatment I would begin with, as well as a start date. From then on, I had a variety of treatments from stretch mark removal to skin tightening and more. Each and every time I came in for a treatment, the staff members welcomed me in a friendly manner and treated me with utmost courtesy. The facility itself is one of warmth; clean, beautiful and welcoming. A staff member would always call with a  reminder of my appointments, and be more than flexible when/if I had to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  After each series of a specific treatment, I would come in for photos and another consult. Once again, Adrienne (as well as Jemima), would assist me in assessing my "progress" and deciding on my next 'path' to take- always with the greatest amount of tact, professionalism and responsiveness. I cannot compliment Adrienne and Jemima enough for their patience and expertise. As of today, I am still visiting Perfect Body Laser for treatments and cannot stress enough that the facility along with the staff is phenomenal. When I speak to Adrienne, even today, she is so accommodating and understanding. She takes the time to really listen to my concerns and together, we work accordingly to assess and revise the upcoming sessions. I would highly recommend the facility, especially after working with Adrienne, to anyone looking for treatments to better their appearance, and in turn, their self-esteem. Adrienne, the staff and establishment of Perfect Body gets a five-star rating in my book. I would highly recommend the treatments, along with the staff, of this establishment. more

I drive quite a long way to go here. They have the best prices, top technology and the nicest facilities. Ladies at the front are super sweet and accommodating as well. I am in love with this place! I had on and off skin issues since I was a teenager, resulting in some acne scarring and pigmentation issues. I became accustomed to just covering up my flaws with make-up, but every time I'd see myself without any, it would make me cringe. I was becoming more self-conscious, and decided to finally address my issue instead of attempting to hide it. I had never been anywhere for my skin concerns before, so I was apprehensive and didn't know where to look. I live in Deer Park and would hear ads for Perfect Body Laser all the time so I decided to give it a try. The front staff is absolutely wonderful - very nice and attentive and make you feel at ease. I met with Adrienne first (sidenote: they do complimentary consults before doing anything, and don't pressure you into anything either!). We discussed my concerns, and then she examined my skin. She tactfully told me that my skin needed help and I got the impression that she was confident in providing the help it needed. My impression couldn't have been more correct! After 3 microdermabrasions and a couple of peels within a 3 month time frame, my skin is looking better than it has in years, and I feel so much better about my appearance! I won't lie - this entire process cost me more money than I had expected, but IT'S WORTH IT! If you have problem skin, it will take time to get the results that you want - some stuff you find on the internet will tell you that a single microderm is going to work miracles and make you look 100% better instantly. You have to be willing to commit and be patient. I also highly recommend getting the skin care products that are personally recommended to you. The Aesthetician sent me home with an array of lotions, cleansers, and masques. I was skeptical at first, but I am seeing great results, and that's all that matters to me. I absolutely trust Perfect Body Laser with my skin and take any and all of their recommendations. They know what they’re doing!! After such great success in that department, and being impressed at each visit every step of the way, I also decided to address my other main physical concern - my spider veins. I'm only 28, but likely due to my genetics, I'm doomed to get these pesky things. I had 2 main areas on either thigh that were my main concerns, because they were easily noticeable. I also had tiny ones emerging in various areas on my thighs. I met with Jemima this time, and she was just as wonderful as Adrienne. Incredibly knowledgeable, and took time to explain EVERYTHING (again, during the *complimentary* consult). I went for my second treatment today, and couldn't be happier with the results. The 2 main areas are practically gone, and I'm hoping to be almost invisible within a few weeks. And all of the tiny ones are either gone or hardly noticeable now. I will definitely be back for more here. Can't say enough great things about this place - give them a try! more

Going to Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics is like going to an actual spa. Even the bathroom is absolutely incredible! They treat me like a queen and I've recommended NUMEROUS people to get their tattoos removed here. Their removal process has worked wonders and has improved my career on-camera by so much. You don't need to look for anyone else --- Perfect Body is the genius of laser.It was my very first time doing any kind of cosmetic correction on the face. Booking the appointment was no sweat at all, the receptionists make it easy. they have their own parking lot with plenty of space.The moment I met the consultant I had a feeling there is no need to worry. And it proved right above and beyond. You see scary photos of things going wrong, --- swells, bruises, uneven surface, you name it. I mean to say, things can go wrong and you cannot say for sure who is creating Michelangelo's David and who is patching up Frankenstein out there. But trust me, Perfect Body Laser know what they ar doing, and they do it 100% right.I am very VERY grateful for their job well done. I had a tricky issue too (I will not go into details, but the task was to get rid of the wrinkle which was the effect yet accentuate the cause of it at the same time /told you --- tricky/), and the aesthetician mastered it with ease.Also, supposedly laser might be painful --- I hardly felt anything at all, which is always a bonus. Plus it shows great skill as well.And finally the cherry on top: impeccable customer service! In a couple of days I got a check-in call, which showed they genuinely cares for their clients and listen to them. I opt for Thermage instead of other skin-tightening treatments, as I personally feel more confident with it and it have researched it to be the best option for skin tightening. I actually have had Thermage procedure done once before many years ago and it was a disappointment! This round, I decided to get Thermage procedure done by Perfect Body Laser as they are using the latest Thermage CPT technology. This time, it was definitely NOT a disappointment! Love this place for facials and laser hair removal. It can feel pretty vulnerable addressing the grooming needs of womens' bits, but all the ladies here are pros and very welcoming. Everyone is nice here and the service anticipates needs, like sending out reminder emails for appointments. The aesthetician who treated me was so amazing. Very pleasant as well as skillful. They're always packed but if you book in advance it's well worth and the rotation of specials make it the best value on the Island. more

I could not be more pleased with every aspect of this Med Spa. Upon entering, the place was inviting, sleek and smelled absolutely wonderful. I was promptly greeted and given the paperwork to get started. Within minutes of completing the paperwork, I was met by the consultant and brought back. The consultant was incredibly well informed, and knew her stuff. She's honest, and very personable. Easy to feel relaxed, immediately. During the treatments, I felt just as at ease as I did the very first day. Now, I am almost done with my treatments and I can honestly say that the technology and results match the impressive reputation Perfect Body Laser has been given. Especially today, people are quick to say anything negative, so to have so many people talking about how great Perfect Body Laser is is quite amazing. Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics is fabulous. The entire staff is extremely professional and a pleasure to be around. One thing I love is that they take before pictures and saves your information which I found very helpful when returning for additional treatments. Then, months later you have an evaluation where they will compare your before and after photos making sure you are completely satisfied with your results! I was getting heaps of compliments and was very happy with my results before I went for the after photos. But once I saw them.. WOW, I was blown away. Very reasonable prices, especially considering the service and results you get. Nice, comfortable setting but with elegance. My whole adult life I never wore shorts.  I had some spider veins that I was really self-conscious about so I went my whole 20's without showing them off.  I finally decided to bite the bullet, take the initiative, spend the money and get them taken care of.  I ended up at Perfect Body Laser through recommendation from a friend who was getting tattoo removal done there and said this place was amazing. She was so right. I immediately felt at ease and that my problem WAS going to be taken care of. I was surprised at how painless and easy the treatments were and how pleasant the staff was.
