Perfect Body Laser & Aesthetics is the absolute best! They are very knowledgeable of the lasers which is the most important thing. They also really know which skin type suits which laser. I'm getting Skin Tightening done. I've been to other places -- but this place beat them all. The front desk ladies are professional, friendly and smart. a great experience -- and very easy to work with. I am so pleased with my results and would recommend them to anyone!! more

I finished my package of treatments a few weeks ago, so in summary... On Perfect Body laser treatments: - Results are amazing. Even during the initial treatment cycles, I barely had to shave. - Happy to report that my skin mostly got used to the treatments. Much lesser reaction as I went on. - It hurts a little, but not enough to deter. Totally worth it for the results. On Perfect Body customer service: - Totally professional operation. From top to bottom. Prompt appointments, immaculate facility, competent techs, nice front desk attendants, attentive owner. - Second bullet is just to reinforce the first. They are the "Best of Best" in terms of technology, knowledge, skill and customer service. What more do you need from a medical spa. It's been a year since I started going to Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics. I started with a laser hair removal package for Full leg. Within few weeks of service I was so impressed that I added the package for Underarm and bikini also. Initially, I was switched between a few aestheticians, which I didn't mind. They were equally very skilled and knowledgable. But the moment I got Rebecca (my current aesthetician), I didn't want to go back to the others. I made sure I asked only for her when I made appointments. She is experienced, patient, and made me feel very comfortable. If you compare it with other places on Long Island, Perfect Body probably might be a little more expensive. But trust me, this place is worth it. I bought groupons for few other places, but changed my mind last minute cause I saw customers with burnt scars and unskilled technicians in other places. I didn't want to take a chance with my body and I am glad i didn't. Perfect Body has left no room for complaints. Their facility is clean and equipped with the latest technology in the market. Not once did I have a bad reaction or a burn. They have given me all the time in the world when it comes to spreading my treatment sessions. When I was making good progress, they weren't in a rush for me to finish up my package, they gave me an option to take few months break and come for the next session when I felt it was time, it was totally worth it. It's been a year, I started seeing great results from the first appointment onwards. I still have 4 sessions left and I have already accomplished what I came here for. Thank You Perfect Body!! more

After years of waxing and other methods of hair removal I decided it was time to make the change of a more "permanent" method of hair removal. After a talk with the lady I have electrolysis treatments from, she suggested that for larger areas I go with laser hair removal and then followup with the remaining hairs with electrolysis. I researched many places (over 10) and visited about 5, but Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics definitely stood out in many ways. Their office is super clean and the staff is super friendly. As a girl who is brown with black hair, it was refreshing to see all sorts of women of color working there and completely hair free! No matter what anyone says, hair removal isn't painless and laser hair removal is certainly no exception, however they make it as comfortable as humanly possible. After my research, the deciding factor with Perfect Body is their honest approach. The ladies at PB don't lie or try to up-sell their services. When I mentioned I wanted certain areas lasered during my consultation, the lady told me that I would waste my money because the hair was too fine and I would see a minimal reduction of hair. They were also honest in telling me that laser treatment is still not 100% permanent (only Electrolysis is) and were realistic with the results I should expect. They also did talk about the possibility of some negative side effects with laser treatment as well so I was completely informed. This was completely unlike other places that said it would be 100% permanent, 100% safe with no negative possible side effects, and it would be 100% effective on all areas of my body (trying to up-sell me). While they're not the cheapest place out there (this is not one area to be cost conscious), with their professionalism, cleanliness, thoroughness, and immediate next day followups on how your skin is doing post treatment, is more than enough for me to highly recommend them above any other place. They even offer complimentary touch-ups which initially are needed because it takes a while for stubborn hair to go away... it's just a part of life :-). They're also great with responding back to calls or emails you send to them. So far after my initial treatments, I'm beyond happy with the results and can't wait till the end to see where I'm at! more

I've had three appointments at this place and have been impressed. Super-friendly staff that puts you at ease, great results to date, and super-efficient - I've never been kept waiting more than five minutes for an appointment. I haven't had any problem at all booking appointments, so I'm not sure if the previous reviewer has a particularly difficult schedule or if I've just been lucky - but I have zero complaints about my experience. more

I have been to a few other similar places in the area with results ranging from decent to disastrous and Perfect Body is by far the best I've seen! They make you feel comfortable and they bring the most advanced machines and technologies. They make you feel so secure in trusting them with a very delicate procedure. I went in to the consultation being pretty nervous and left with absolutely no reservations. I bought a package for laser hair removal. I got a great price and it was totally painless. I'm getting a tattoo removed at Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics and they are great. I never wait long for my appointment and they make me feel comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They seem to be very knowledgable, when they were talking about the lasers and pigmentation of my tattoo, I knew I could relax and fully trust them. The place is beautiful and relaxing. I was extremely skeptical about this procedure because I believed a tattoo couldn't be removed- I was worried that nothing would help me get rid of this tattoo! But after my very thorough consultation, my mind was put at ease. I couldn't be happier that my tattoo is starting to fade and am very excited to see the full results once I finish my treatments. I got a very good deal and would definitely look into other services Perfect Body has because of the great experience I've had. I will be recommending them all around! more

I was getting treatments for laser Skin Rejuvenation. I'll start by saying my skin looks flawless! My Aesthetician was Rebecca. She has such a soft hand. I know most of you may think any type of laser treatment will hurt but with Rebecca it is not painful at all. She is extremely professional and very patient with customers who may have some fears in the beginning. She is able to listen to your suggestions on how you want your results to look and also offers her advice and expertise as to what suits you. She is just one of the many things I loved about Perfect Body. I highly recommend her as well as Perfect Body to everyone!! more

My skin was ruined from acne scarring and prior spa experiences when I was younger, so coming here was pretty terrifying. My friend really recommended Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics and I'm glad I finally came here. Making the initial appointment was a breeze and making a repeat appointment was even more of a breeze. Everyone is beyond friendly and accommodating. The environment is nice, lightly fragrant, and quiet. I came in for a microderm and a facial, both done by Rebecca. She was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The products used are non-abrasive on your skin, which is extremely important to me because of my sensitive skin. I was super relaxed the entire time and both procedures surpassed expectations. Today, I look forward to my visits to Perfect Body and my skin has never felt better. I feel compelled to write a positive review of this place. I have been coming here for a year now, first to get my acne under control (yay!) and, just recently, to resurface my face after the destruction said acne has wrought. I was VERY nervous to get the laser treatment, but I found the staff at Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics to be super helpful. I could call them any time before my treatment with ANY questions I had, and I would hear back from someone that same day. My treatment went well and was much more smooth and painless than I could have imagined. Obviously, everyone who works there has amazing skin, and it is not fun to have your face closely examined by pore-free women when you are feeling hugely self-conscious about it. BUT - I felt not an ounce of anxiety around these ladies. Everyone was warm, supportive, and judgement-free. I am ecstatic about the results I have seen. I was a little disappointed with the lack of photos and personal testimonials on their website about the particular treatment I received, but when I asked about it I was told that most patients don't want their photos/stories on the Internet. You know, I get it. I think it's hard to get honest feedback from people who are having work done on things like scarring and wrinkles - who wants to admit they needed help to look "normal" or "pretty"? But if you DO need support in this arena, I would absolutely trust these gals. The Aestheticians are very experienced and will put you totally at ease. more

I have dark hair. I am Italian, so when the time came to consider some laser, I consulted reviews on the internet as well as a friend who had it done. Both lead me to Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics. The consult was quick and very informative. I did a ton of reading on-line before going in, so I only had a few questions. They were super nice and knowledgeable. I didn't hear anything that scared me away, so I signed up for a package and made my first appointment. Scheduling was easy, but I have very flexible work hours, so scheduling isn't ever a problem for me. I was a little nervous for my first treatment. It does hurt, but the pain isn't like what I was expecting. After the treatment the area was fine immediately. It did take a week or so before I noticed that the hairs weren't growing back in (but you can always shave in the mean time). Once again, this was expected, because the aesthetician did a great job explaining to me what was going on and what I could expect. About 3 weeks after my first treatment I realized that my underarms were essentially hair free. Still the rogue hair that popped up occasionally, but pretty darn smooth (just like after waxing). I had my 2nd appointment today (4 weeks later), and the aesthetician turned up the setting (once again, to be thorough). 15 zaps under each arm, switch the setting (different frequencies target hairs at different levels in the skin) and then 15 more and we're done. The process takes about 15 minutes. I love going into Perfect Body for treatments. The setting is tranquil and the place is immaculate. If you're reading this, you're probably interested in laser hair removal, and you might be worried about the price. Fear not, they're always running specials, so there's no real reason not to give them a call and schedule a consult. You'll be glad you did! more

The best place on Long Island to get laser done. I've gone to them for a couple years to get various parts of my body lasered so that I would be hair free. I have been coming to Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics for 6 months now and am overjoyed with my results! I not only enjoy how friendly and helpful everyone is, but I especially appreciate how clean and efficient they are. The staff is amazing, professional, and extremely clear about what I could expect. I didn't feel as though I were pushed into purchasing anything, just a relaxed and informative conversation and incredible results (sometimes I forget to shave for weeks!) I had an amazing facial with Alexa - just moved to NY from California and have been looking for a place to get a quality facial. I've been getting facials for years and have tried many many different types of facials. Alexa was very thorough, skilled, and my skin, which was broken out when I came in, was visibly in better shape when I left. This place is the real deal and Alexa was amazing! Cannot recommend Perfect Body's skin care enough. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars vs. 5 is because I was kept waiting a little while for my appointment. But, they were quite busy in their defense. That being said, at the end of the day, I would actually put up with the wait because this is the best facial I have gotten in a long time! more

I've been going to Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics for almost 3 years now and I love it! I started with a small area just to see if laser was right for me. 3 years later I've done 5 areas including full legs and my results have been great. I think I'm a good candidate for laser, but I've also done research on their machine and it's one of the best. My Aesthetician was also great... friendly, calming and gentle! With their machines being the best and the Aesthetician being so awesome, I would recommend this place to almost anyone! more

Okay so I'm a big fan of laser- unfortunately, being Puerto Rican I have more hair than I would like, so I would recommend anyone who is scared or considering laser get a group of treatments and make sure you go when it's time to go, if you hate shaving laser is for you. I think this place is great, extremely clean and I felt very comfortable with the woman who did my treatments. I also love that they have a bilingual staff because I felt more comfortable speaking in Spanish. They use a state of the art FDA approved laser. I've had other parts of my body done previously elsewhere and the cool mist was no where near as cold as the one Perfect Body used, which makes a difference in pain. I wouldn't say it's extremely painful, but there is some pain like a rubber band snapping on your skin, so the cold air on the treating spots helps reduce that sting. I personally got a very good package price, I was very happy walking away from the consultation. All and all a very positive experience. more

The Aestheticians were very knowledgable and have helped my skin look absolutely flawless over time. I am now looking to have a consultation in order to gain insight on the Skin Tightening lasers. I recently got married and really wanted to look good for the wedding. I went to Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics in hopes to achieve the look I am going for before the big day. With very little time, I lost my belly and looked amazing in my dress! During the whole process, the girls were very supportive of my weight loss and interested in my wedding. I felt very special and it motivated me even more so! They even wanted to see pictures from my wedding after I was finished with all my treatments!
