Donnie was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took to show me the all the features my vehicle has.

Worst

We have purchased one used vehicle from them and it will probably be the last. We felt very pressured from the sales staff and it was not a pleasant experience.

Every time I come into Penske, the service guys are all very helpful and friendly. I especially like dealing with Jerry Bronson. He is straightforward and I appreciate his assistance with all of my car issues. Jerry has been a big help! The next time I go into Penkse Cheverlot I will ask for Jerry. more

Easier than one would expect 1/3/2011

Good salesman in Mike Roland and a good person in the sevice dept by the name of Scott Stevenson brought me back for my second Malibu. There are plenty of GM dealerships nearby, as well as the internet option, but I prefer to work face to face with people, and these two individulas make buying and maintaining a car easier than one would expect. more

Very professional and helpful 12/24/2010

Rien was very professional and helpful in his analysis with my vehicle. The service was fast and efficient. Mr. Hazelwood should be considered a very valuable part if the Penske company. I hope I never have to return to Penske again for auto service, but I feel confident in the work the employees do. more

Really impressed 12/21/2010

What really impressed me most about this dealership was the way that the employees worked together as a team. Everyone chipped in to help me, and ultimately found me what I was looking for, and delivered it to me flawlessly at a good price. I was also impressed by the way that they treated me, a new customer, like someone they wanted to keep for the long run. There was a lot of good information given and not a lot of hard selling. By the way, my '09 Silverado is the best truck I have ever owned. more

Dave Redmond went above and beyond to help us get into the best vehicle that we could afford. We told him what we wanted our monthly payment to be, and then he gave us all the possible financing options for the two vehicles that we were looking at. He even allowed us to take both cars home to see how they would fit into our garage. We got a great deal on a great, new car. more

Pleasant experience 11/24/2010

Scott Stevenson checked my car in and was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I purchased my car in the early spring of this year and have had my car serviced on a couple of other occassions and none of the service managers were as pleasant as Scott. I will always ask for Mr. Stevenson when I have my car serviced. more

Everything was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Penske over exceeded my expectations! I looked up the dealership on line and called Jeff Copeland, the internet sales person, and he walked me through everything. He found financing that beat my institutions financing, I was in the dealership four days later with the car I wanted, in less than 2 hours...kudos to your staff! more

Avoid At All Costs! 7/12/2008

I will not EVER even consider giving this establishment the time of day again!! Not even the higher ups had good customer service!! We were talked down to and treated as if we were stupid. We even had comments made to us that I wouldn't EVER consider saying to people. I was very disappointed with our experience at Penske Chevrolet, and due to this experience I will never do business at any Penske establishment EVER AGAIN!!!! I don't think I would recommend them to my worst enemy!!! Cons: Horrible Customer Service more
