Donnie was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took to show me the all the features my vehicle has.

Worst

We have purchased one used vehicle from them and it will probably be the last. We felt very pressured from the sales staff and it was not a pleasant experience.

Mr. Ken scott is the best service representative that i have ever delt with. He is always friendly, courteous, and kind. Whats more, he explains what repairs need to be done. He is the best. more

Dave Redmond went above and beyond to help us get into the best vehicle that we could afford. We told him what we wanted our monthly payment to be, and then he gave us all the possible financing options for the two vehicles that we were looking at. He even allowed us to take both cars home to see how they would fit into our garage. We got a great deal on a great, new car. more

Made to feel welcome 3/10/2011

I've had two experiences here -- one with service and one with picking up a new vehicle. ?Their employees are very nice and service-oriented, and followed up on details. ?Although the place itself is enormous, you will not feel like a number -- you're made to feel welcome and treated personally. ?If I were looking for a new vehicle or service, I'd definitely return. more

Let me start by saying that I would definitely recommend Penske Chevrolet to my friends and family. Mike was very pleasant to work with and not your typical "car salesman". He respected my price range and was well informed about the car I wanted (Malibu). He even called me to set up my window tinting - I didn't have to initiate the call. I am in account management and appreciate good customer service, as it is something that you don't always receive. But from the time I walked in the door through the financing (I forget his name - Bob?) :) to the time I walked out the door I actually felt like I was a valued customer. Thank you! more

Great job 3/2/2011

I just had my van serviced there and they did a great job. Its a huge van and they were the only local place that could do the oil change. I needed a 45000 mile service, they did it in half a day and called right away when it was done. I will go back again. more

Mike Roland was easy to work with and must be one of your best people. This is my second car thru Penske, and provided the service dept keeps up their end of the bargain, I suspect I will be back in 3 years for another car. more

Very helpful and friendly 1/6/2011

Every time I come into Penske, the service guys are all very helpful and friendly. I especially like dealing with Jerry Bronson. He is straightforward and I appreciate his assistance with all of my car issues. Jerry has been a big help! The next time I go into Penkse Cheverlot I will ask for Jerry. more
